I wanted pass along a positive review on this Kroger store. I have been buying my bottled water (5…read moregallon) from this Kroger store. Recently I noticed that they had changed from Primo water to Crystal Springs. I did not think too much about this until we started noticing an unpleasant taste on one of the bottles. Then another. I bought one from Walmart (Primo brand again) and it was fine. With this in mind I called this Kroger and after going thru all kinds of frustration was told to call the supplier. I called them and of course they said it was the Kroger store's issue. With the above in mind I entered the store ready for a fight. I had purchase 5 of these and had 2 bad ones and was returning the 3 unused ones. It was early morning and I ran into the customer service person named Denise. She was absolutely lovely and took care of my return with no issue or argument. Just how customer service used to be. I cannot say enough about how well my interaction went. Look forward to many more good things from this store.

I also went here today and I always use self check out because I like to bag my own things... this lady comes up and stated scanning my things and it caught me off guard because it's a self scanner lane if I wanted someone to bag my groceries I definitely would of went to a lane that already had people working to bag. I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be self scan for a reason. I got done with my stuff and she asked if I scanned my pampers I said no because I wasn't scanning them until I got the money to my card and cashapp was being weird. I literally said don't scan them until I get my money to my card and it works how rude she just said ok that's fine and still proceeded to scan the pampers so I had to wait they're 35 weeks pregnant just standing as she had already scanned them had to call my step mom to the store so I had to take all my groceries off and then pay at the ladies pay at the front , & ontop of that have her hold my pampers because she didn't listen to what I said in the first place. Like if I go to self check out lane do not come bag my stuff because yall always suck at bagging it's everywhere I go I'm always bagging myself so to the lady that was trying to be kind to help me please don't next time and as I asked u not to scan something and wait for me to get my money then I would scan them you should probably listen instead of making things more difficult. While traveling in northern Kentucky, he stumbled upon one of these places, The Farmstand Market & Cafe. Farmstand offers comfort food with a farm-to-table focus served in a cozy space with a bar and attached market. We started with the Goetta Hanky Panky Dip. This was made with cheesy goetta, bagel chips, pumpernickel bread, and light rye served in a cast iron skillet. The dip had a good sausage flavor with salt and some light spice while being cheesy, creamy, and full of flavor. The bagel chips were very crispy but were not served warm. The pumpernickel and rye were dry. Each complimented the dip, adding texture to the bite. My wife had the Reuben Sandwich. This sandwich came with sliced corned beef, homemade Thousand Island, pickled pig sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on light rye with bacon ranch pasta salad. The pasta salad was cooked spot on while also being creamy. The bacon added crunch and saltiness to the salad. The rye had a great toast, and the Thousand Island was tangy and creamy. The pastrami was dry but had a good salty flavor. The sauerkraut was crunchy and had a good sour flavor cutting through the salty meat and the sweet dressing. The cheese was gooey and nutty and added flavor to each bite. I sampled the French dip sandwich and Mulligatawny soup. This was prepared with a sliced top round with provolone on a French roll. The soup was prepared with rice, chicken, carrots, onions, celery, lentils and spices. The chicken was very tender, the rice was cooked well, and the vegetables added texture to the rice. The soup was flavorful, had a wonderful aroma, and had a good salt content. The top round was thin and offered good flavor and chew. The roll was fresh and had a good chew paired with the ooey and gooey cheese with an excellent buttery flavor. The au jus had good flavor but was slightly salty, which overpowered it. Farmstand offers grilled cheeses, hot sandwiches, burgers, salads, appetizers, soups and main entrees. They also serve beer and have a full bar. The servers were pleasant and knowledgeable.
