While I was waiting, another customer, Justin, was waiting on a replacement window on the rear passenger siden of his vehicle. The manager called Justin up to the counter and told him that they mistakenly ordered the wrong widow and explained no other place in town had it but they could get the correct widow tomorrow. For background, from what I heard in passing conversation between Justin and another customer in the waiting room, Justin is from out of town/state and is trying to get back home. Now, knowing all this, I need you to KNOW that Justin's tone and attitude was PLEASANT. Understandably, anyone would be pissed off, annoyed at the very least, but he was absolutely cool as a cucumber and simply asked if he could get a discount for the inconvenience. The manager, (older white lady, didn't catch her name) IMMEDIATELY gets an attitude with him and says "Well that's what I was going to offer you until you got an attitude". Justin was like, "whoa, I'm sorry, there was no attitude here, I'm simply asking a question because I'm trying to get home." She puts up her hand up at him and tells him that he needs to calm down. Me: *shocked Pikachu face* Me and the other gentleman in the waiting room are like, "Whoa, WTF is HER problem!?" She then escalated things further to the point where Justin is now genuinely and justifiably upset.
