If I need trees or branches removed again I know who I will call. Highly recommend!

I searched far and wide for a contractor to remodel my kitchen, and I am really happy we went with…read moreOtto. I interviewed a number of contractors and their estimates were too expensive, and their timelines were lengthy. We landed on Otto after getting a recommendation from a friend as he worked on his house. Otto is a very kind and polite person. He shows up on time, he cleans up after himself, and works extra hours to stay on schedule. My neighbors were always commenting they were impressed with the hours our team was working because they worked some Sundays, they even worked into the night (this was all okay'd by use, BTW). We told them that we were flexible with the hours, so they finished pretty quickly. Our kitchen remodel which involved plumbing, electrical, flooring, replacing the ceiling, lighting....the works, took about five weeks. Otto is priced fairly, and he is very good about keeping in touch with you throughout the process. I would 100% recommend him to work on your projects. His team also does bathrooms as well. So whatever your renovation needs, call up Otto. I really love my kitchen now. It is much more functional, brighter, and my favorite room of the house.

I am a commercial roofing contractor and understand the difficulties and complications of…read morecontracting. Every job is different and the scope of work and mutual agreement between client and contractor on that scope in writing and upfront is critical to customer satisfaction. There are many characteristics that I look for in a contractor. Here is a short list of the basics: 1) Insured and willing to supply proof of current insurance 2) Willing to supply current references 3) Possess the ability to identify and understand my needs related to the work at hand 4) Manage the employees by showing up and inspecting the work 5) Willing to follow-through on all work to completion 6) Communicate problems, concerns, and potential delays upfront and during the process 7) Suggest solutions to those problems whether foreseen or not 8) Understanding that "completion" is a mutual agreement between reasonable client and contractor based on the scope of work I believe these are qualities of an honest and straightforward contractor. These are traits that describe EZ Contracting Group. He understands the relationship is mutual and a 2-way street. The workmanship was good, and that which was not, was made right without question. Equally important, John Ho is a good guy! He is pleasant, warm-hearted, caring, and truly invested in your satisfaction with his work. John understands repeat and referral. I will use EZ Contracting Group again and recommend his company to you without hesitation. I know how truly rare these qualities are in contracting!
