From initial greeting of "Good morning, how may I help you" to the final phase of purchase, Nico helped me navigate. He answered every question with ease, knew the intricacies of the car I was interested in purchasing and made the process very enjoyable. He epitomizes customer service exceptionally! Loyalty to Toyota has been my mantra for several years, it's important to me to have a quality product and service.

Changed my mind, this dealership is just like all the others and I deleted my 5 star review and now…read moreit's a 1. The service department is always the issue for every dealership. Everyone gives different information and records are hard to get. I get maintenance on my vehicles when needed and I always ask to make sure I'm getting everything done, they say yes. I have all that done. Then 15k miles later they tell me I'm past due on $700 worth of maintenance that could affect my warranty that should have been done when I had the other 60k maintenances completed. I asked repeatedly previously if I had all the 60k maintenances done and they said yes. Of course there's more because nobody knows what's suppose to be done. I spent an entire day here so I wouldn't have to come back and spend another day for maintenance, now here I am missing another day because they don't know what's going on. I also wanted to verify on receipts to make sure they weren't doing work again that might have been already completed. The service advisor sent me to the cashiers and it was also a hassle to get a receipt. At first they said they can't get the receipt and should check mine. Then another said I needed a RO number otherwise it couldn't be pulled. Then the manager came and was able to get it. Upon checking everything, it turns out they forgot to mention the maintenance needed 15k miles ago and was told it could affect my warranty, even though it's their fault they told me I'd done everything needed. This shouldn't be this difficult just for normal maintenance work. Obviously there's a simple list of what's needed every 30k miles or so. What's so hard about just reading off this list? I'm just convinced every dealership is like this now. Peterson Toyota is still far worse (so far), but this one is just as bad with record keeping. The problem is there are only a couple Toyota dealerships here and now might start buying in twin or elsewhere. Don't trust any of these dealerships and verify everything multiple times. Also keep receipts since it's hard to get records here. Edmark, thanks for wasting more of my time, you won't be the ones selling me my next two cars I plan on getting.

This was my second time giving Petersons a chance to work on my truck. The biggest mistake ever…read more Nick treated me disrespectfully and he never fixed my a/c. This guys was the most ignorant individual I have ever seen. My wife had the truck running outside and showed him that the repair wasn't done and when I came in he told me he never went outside to look at it. Second time! David, you need to learn how to honor your work but don't worry Nick is the same way which proves that Peterson does not honor their repairs. Long story short. Took my truck to them and it took months of battling them. From a basic repair they added so many things to the bill that insurance finally told them NO,. David was told from day one not to do anything that insurance wouldn't cover and guess what he did? He added and kept adding eventually they had to release my truck. We never paid them anything extra and we told insurance that we told him multiple times that we will only pay what the insurance was paying for and not a penny more. They broke a part that it took weeks to replace and my truck set in their parking lot. David never cared to apologize but said they damaged it working on it. Every shop provides warranty on their work and this guy David was talked to multiple times about the issue before and just recently when we try calling him again! He said why didn't you bring it in right a way but we did call him. This guy takes days and weeks to respond. I am letting it go but I will never ever, ever let you work on anything of mine.
