I called to let them know that trees around the pool were not done. And I was blamed for it not being done because I didn't see it when we did the walk through. The management went to telling me how much money 200.00 dollars it was going to cost him to get workers back out. I am still waiting for a call back to be scheduled for our job we paid for to be finished. Very disappointed with service I received. Below is the estimate of everything that was supposed to be done. I saved up the have him come back and grind the stump out and he only came back with his chainsaw. He cut it about four inches above ground level and threw dirt on it. He said he would come back and has since stopped returning my messages. I have been waiting two months now. He is quick to take your money but will burn you. He had charges against him in 2018 for scamming elderly veterans out of their money. He would take full payment do partial work then never come back. If you google him you can find that information.

The crew blocked my driveway while performing work in the neighborhood and showed little regard for common courtesy or respect toward neighboring residents. Before the issue escalated, I politely informed the crew that I would be leaving soon and that they would need to move their vehicle. I initially allowed them additional time to continue working. However, after they ignored my requests made from my front doorway, I was forced to approach Jake and the crew directly to clarify what they were doing was illegal and I need to go to work. Despite my repeated requests, they became argumentative and used profanity toward me, including calling me a "bitch," when I confronted them and insisted that they stop blocking my driveway and move their vehicle immediately. When I arrived home approximately five to six hours later, I discovered several trash bags filled with organic waste left on my side of the alleyway located between their client's residence (my neighbor's property) and my own. The waste appeared to have been left behind by the crew, further demonstrating a lack of professionalism, consideration, and proper cleanup practices. I found the behavior of both Jake and partially the crew to be highly disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Please do your due diligence when hiring so called, "professionals."

He was able to tackle the invasive 50 ft tall empress trees that were quite a nuisance. He trimmed up some trees in the front and took down some small dead trees.
