They under bid the job because of poor estimating on their part and then wanted me to "do the right thing" and pay the roughly $ 4,000 extra. They said that's about how much they came out of pocket to do the job. I agreed to pay for the additional concrete and did even though we had a signed contract (should never have done that). Also, the 5 days turned into over 6 months and they never came back to finish the filling and grading around the new slabs. Very disappointed and would not recommend them to even my worst enemy. I put out a request on Yelp and Lyndon called me within seconds and we agreed on a very reasonable price. He and his crew showed up on time and made short work of the job. The results are outstanding and I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and courtesy of the crew! I wish I'd called them the last time I poured concrete. I'm giving them a 12 out of 10!!

They invoiced for 4000 psi concrete but delivered 3500 psi concrete. Owner low bid to get the job, then complained the whole time, when I held him to his verbal agreements. Did not pack the dirt or use gravel filler for the drive way before pouring the drive. Did not stir the concrete when it was poured. only used 2 runs of rebar in the footers. Was supposed to pour 18" Wide X 14" deep footer, only poured 14" wide footer. Would not recommend, pay for a real professional company, will cost a little more but you will have a better job and less headaches down the road. I doubt that if I have any more issued that they will honor their 1 year warranty. I can send more photos to any one that is interested.

They did great with clean up after the job was complete not leaving and unnecessary items behind. Fair and reasonable pricing!

Update 3/5/24 I…read morewant to be fair and post an update. I got a reply from my Google review from the owner. He states that since the work was done while our house was being sold to us, that the work isn't with me directly, which even though is not my ideal response, it does make sense. He says the contract was to repair one aspect of the leaking chimney and he told the sellers that there was other issues but they didn't move forward. So all in all, I just wish at this point he would have stayed in contact with me. My husband, my realtor, and myself all tried contacting By Faith Masonry a dozen times via phone and email. My realtor even reached out to the other realtor to try and get ahold of him to discuss this issue. If the communication issues were not present, I would have asked By Faith Masonry to come and give us a quote to repair the remaining issues

We previously had to terminate the block person we had for issues with the footers. Mr.Hipolito corrected the problems that the previous person created. I am in awe of the amazing work he and his crew performed. They were extremely fast, laying over 2000 split faced blocks in just two days. I will definitely contact them in the future for more work to be done. If you want it done correct, fast and a very fair price-this is the company you want doing your work!! AMAZING!!
