My neighbor suggested Cassel Electric and I am so thankful she did! From my first phone call until the project was complete, everyone I had contact with gave exceptional customer service. The technicians which were sent to our home were very nice and accommodating with fixing our electrical problems. They arrived on time and pricing was good. They gave us suggestions and went above and beyond our expectations. It's been a long time since I've been as pleased with a company's service as I was with Cassel Electric! We will DEFINITELY be using Cassel for all our future electrical needs. Thank you, Cassel Electric!

I actually called two other companies before him but they couldn't get out until the next day or three days later. I feel that his price was pretty fair and he got it done quickly as well. He was the only electrician to offer me his price over the phone for what I needed done. I really appreciate the transparency and didn't feel like he was trying to gouge me. He was very professional and courteous. If my parents have any electrical issues in the future, I will call David for them again.

After reaching out to quite a few electric companies, I decided to move forward with Mr. Cluney. Let me first say that they were the ONLY electric company who came out and gave a free estimate, which meant a lot to me. Second, what they quoted me was exactly what I paid despite them seemingly running into a few issues with my older home. They did an amazing job and cleaned up the entire space themselves as well. I could not have picked a better company to use for my main bathroom and I will not use anyone else!

This was close to a two day install and everything was flawless! Both owner David and another electrician George, were careful, clean and respectful of my home and my fixtures. Dave and George did an exceptional job with hardly any drywall repair required. They explained everything they were doing, verified my preferences, and cleaned up EVERYTHING. Dave even vacuumed up our stairs on the way out in case some sheetrock dust got on them. All that, and they were really reasonably priced, responded to my initial inquiry quickly, came out within a day, and Dave is even a certified master electrician (and the owner of the company). I would absolutely use them again for my future electric work, and I highly recommend them to anyone else in the Greenville area!
