Very little cement was pored in the holes to hold the post in place, resulting in some of the post shifting and some laying flat on the ground.

Robert came out and assessed my lanai area within the same week. He was able to give me a quote and completion date right away. Before hiring him I reached out to a few other providers and had them come out to make sure Robert's price was within the ballpark and to see what other professionals had to say about their services. I met with two other companies and decided to hire RFH Construction. RFH Construction's bid was great. He was just a little higher than the lowest bid but price wasn't the driving factor in selecting him. The main reason I selected RFH over the others is because of Roberts experience and his confidence that he could make the screen fit into the design of my home. The other companies did not make me feel as confident because they were concerned about how the door area of my lanai would work (it's not the most ideal shape for a screened-in door). After giving Robert the green light, his crew came out right away and completed the project within two days. I had a chance to talk with his crew during the construction period and found that they have been with Robert for a long time. Two guys said they've been with Robert for 10+ years. I thought this spoke volumes of him. Upon completion, his crew cleaned up, gave me a 101 on how to care for my screened-in porch, and offered to come back if I ever had any issues with the porch. I was impressed with how they handled the transaction. The end result is amazing! The attention to detail and quality of the screen was exactly what we were looking for. We had guests come over the evening he completed the project and they were blown away with the screened-in porch. They tried to cut corners during the construction phase and took them 2-3 months to completely finish what was quoted as a 1 week job. To make matters worse about a year after construction the seal on the Granite broke. It's been over a month and they have still yet to come repair this issue which is within the 2 year warranty promised to me. They have scheduled appointments and failed to show each time. I am now dealing with the owner and he is providing terrible customer service!!!!

I normally don't write reviews however I had to comment on my dissatisfaction on the job that was…read moredone. We just moved into a new constructed home in Lakeland FL and wanted to have fence installed. At the onset of my quote with Midlands Fence, I provided a copy of the survey of the property to Codie and outlined that we would like a fence installed along the border of our backyard. When the job was completed, based on my observation, it appeared the install was well done so I paid for the job in full because everything looked sturdy and installed properly. The day after however, when my irrigation started, I discovered that the lines were damaged during the install. I reached out to Codie and was told that it's in his contract that he is not liable for any damage to the irrigation lines that he may cause. We had to contact and pay another company to do the repairs to the damage that Midland Fence caused during their install on the recently built property that we only lived in for about 3 months. While they were doing the repairs we discovered that the fence was not built along our property line but about 1 to 2 feet within it. We also discovered that there were several sprinkler heads that was on the outside of the fence that he installed and had to pay to have them rerouted within the installed area. Finally we discovered frequently when it's windy that the caps over the column post keeps coming off. In consideration of the above, I do not recommend using Codie G with Midland Fence for fence installation.
