Great staff, beautiful photos if you don't mind waiting an hour and a half even with an appointment.

Not sure if the whole business is a scam or just one or more of the employees. They had a "special…read moreoffer" where you pay just a sitting fee of just $17 and get no matter what you get an 11"x14" photo for free. Of course if you would like to buy additional photos you can for additional cost. We confirmed that we would be getting a free photo no matter what with multiple employees multiple times throughout the whole process and were repeatedly told yes. When we did the sitting there was zero privacy. Anybody walking by could watch and in fact the multiple other groups of people, some with impatient children, did stand and watch. It was very impersonal and uncomfortable. We were rushed through about 7 different very awkward poses and then whisked away to view the images. As suspected, we looked incredibly awkward, unnatural, uncomfortable and some were just downright ridiculous. There was absolutely no respect for positioning or angles and in some my husband looked completely hunched over. There was only one picture that was halfway decent and since we were getting a free pic we didn't say anything about the unprofessionalism and ridiculousness of it all, we just selected which image we wanted for our freebie. When asked if we planned on buying any additional packages, we said no but thank you. We were told that we could change our minds when we came to pick up our free one but if we ordered them then instead of now they would cost more. We politely declined again and said we just wanted our free one, he said no problem and that we could pick it up in a week. When we returned a week later there was a very bored and irritated looking lady working whose accent was so thick and English so bad we could barely understand her. We told her we were there to pick up our free photo and she went in the back and came out with a handful of different pictures of us printed out. She then laid them out and asked which ones we wanted to buy. We said none, just want our free one. She said we had ordered a package and were obligated to hold up our end of the deal. We told her that at no time did we ever agree to purchase a package and we were repeatedly told we got the free photo no strings attached. She insisted that when we looked at the images we promised to buy a package. Again we said we did not and so she pulls out the order slip which we signed. It had all our info along with the free photo deal checked off in black ink but then in blue ink a $50 package was checked. I was pretty mad by this time and pointed out the difference in ink color and that it was added after we signed then I demanded we get our free photo so we could leave. She said she'll give us the picture this time but normally people have to play by the rules, as if we were trying to rip them off!! That really upset me so before I totally lost it we took our picture and left. As we walked out there was a family about to sign up and I calmly told them they shouldn't bother because its a scam. The man helping them then yelled at me and insisted they don't rip people off and I told him that the woman inside had just tried to and he just continued to yell at me. A real sales person would have tried to talk to me and find out what happened and try to fix the situation not scream at me. We left. Did I mention that these were my maternity pics and that I was 6 months pregnant at the time? Yeah I was treated horribly and stressed out while pregnant. Even if I was being total irrational and irate and raising my voice, which I wasn't, who yells at a pregnant woman? I have no doubt in my mind that someone there tried to scam us but even if they hadn't, none of what we experienced there was worth the $17 sitting fee. Not even a free photo.

Wow!!! I don't even know were to start. This company is a rip off. There photographers were not…read moreprofessional. OMG the 1st photo they took, they didn't prep my nephew or my cousin. I was very dissatisfied with lack of professionalism. As for the quality of picture was very cheap and it was blurry. When we told them that how can they expect me to pay for this, they said that's the best they can do. I'd hate to see what bad is. Be careful
