As there are no public bathrooms in the area, they let you use yours and I was able to charge my phone while I waited. Once you're in, you get the BEST scalp massage and shoulder massage. I think I was massaged for at least a good 30 min, then you get your blowout, so expect to be pampered on for a good 45 min.
