When i got there, there were people waiting and an employee was helping a customer with some photos on one of the two computers (which are used for viewing and ordering) and there was no one in the front counter. You could hear a child screaming in the back where they take photos. Well i waited for those 15 mins and no one even acknowledged us, until the other employee who was in the back taking photos came out front. She checked me in and by that time it was already my appointment time and yet she told me that i would have to wait because there was a family ahead of me. My appointment time was 6:30 and it was 7 pm when i was taken in for the photos. Thats not all, when we came out your supposed to be able to review your photos to place your order and yet i had to wait another almost 30 mins to even look at them because they were so backed up with customers waiting. There was only two ladies working and they apparently had way too much to handle in that short time. I would love to be able to rate higher because the photos themselves were nice (hopefully they'll be great when i pick up the prints) but I can't because i was truly disappointed with their overall service.. I don't wanna give up on them and hope that i just came on a bad day, but i will see next time i go again.. Will be updating on my next experience, because i do plan on giving them another chance.
