The best part is how they offer a photo book for your friends and family to sign along with the photos they add to the pages! Thats such an awesome token! They are super professional people who only want the best outcome for your party so they are very willing to work with you. They have an excellent, clear contract that they go over with you line by line so that you know exactly what youre agreeing to with no surprises and they scan you a copy. He was professional from the very beginning - quick to answer emails and always prompt and accurate with his answers. The contract was well written, not confusing for someone who doesn't consistently read contracts, and he went beyond his call of duty the night of. He also designed the PERFECT banner for underneath our pictures - it matched the event beautifully! He set up on time, the booth was very attractive and my guests LOVED the experience. I've used a lot of photo booths (I live in NYC) and AVP has some of the best props I've ever seen - most of my guests commented on how great they were. We chose the package that included a book and CD of all the pictures taken. I would definitely recommend this package because it is something my partner and I will keep forever. Also, our guests could write a personalized note so that makes it all the more special. And, it's worth mentioning, my partner and I were so caught up that we barely used the booth BUT John made it a point to ask us to take a few pictures so that he could fill some of the pages with blown up pictures of us. I thought this gesture was so lovely and I'm very grateful for his personable and kind energy. He stayed late at our party but did not charge us extra because he was understanding that we started late and wanted us to get the best use of the booth - this gesture also meant a great deal to myself and my guests. It was such a great hit at my Father's 50th Bash at Sunland Park Casino that folks continuously kept going back. Karen was so helpful throughout the process and was super friendly. They have a variety of backdrops you can utilize and they bring in their own props for you to use. Setup was super easy and they were very professional. This is a great photo booth company and they have 3 different type of setups: digital booth, classic booth, and a Volkswagon bus!
