So just attended the Yelp event and watched the screening of Midway…read more To say the theater was packed is an understatement but luckily us Yelpers had reserved seating so that was not an issue.. the theater was very clean and the staff was very attentive and I got my customary Popcorn and soda combo. So as the opening credits I did see that a Japanese company was also a backer of the film and I figured something was up. The film began and it wasn't slow at all, it actually all fell into order and made sense as the movie progressed. There were epic battle scenes and names of well known Navy heroes were in full effect. All in all it was a great movie that I would highly recommend.
