There was only one lady working at the front so she was too busy answering phone calls and talking to other customers. When she was finally done with calls, we could talk about the photo plans. My friend found a coupon from groupon so she had about $30 discount. I would really recommend you to look for a coupon before coming here. The photographer was really nice. She knew how to make babies laugh. They had so many little toys you could borrow to take pictures with. When you were done, you can see the pictures and choose ones you like. They'll also make some collages with your pictures and you could buy them too if you would like. Besides their service was really slow, we were satisfied with the quality of the pictures and friendly staff.
