Four days later the exact same issue happened and they want to charge another $400(ish) to come diagnose and fix the problem because there are no warranties on backups, which they don't tell you beforehand. I understand this policy if we had another backup months later, but FOUR DAYS later (with only two grown adults living here) this is clearly the same issue that wasn't resolved the first time. Such a waste of money, this is terrible customer service.

We just finished some renovations, so we thought it was a good time for our first deep cleaning! Evelyn was one of the first to respond to our group request for quotes, and was very friendly and communicative throughout the whole process. We chose her company for this reason, along with the competitive quote and stellar ratings. As this was a deep cleaning, there were multiple people, and everyone was so nice! They did an excellent job cleaning, and even left cute touches behind (see pics). We will definitely use their services again! Great experience!

I was asked $600 to run a snake in the toilet but no guarantee that it would be fixed, and if not, Cody had no idea how to fix it and even less how much could be cost. Since it seemed unreasonable, I said I was going to check other opinions and asked for the cost to fix the faucet with low pressure water flow, it was a 5 minutes fix. If I would do the toilet/snake, then he wouldn't charge for the water flow, so he would have to charge me for their visit fee of $160. Called the young lady to complain that she never told me about any visit fee, she just apologize and said the fee is actually $140... Wasn't only ripped off by this company, I was also robbed by their employee!

While they may be expensive, you get what you pay for: exceptional workmanship, reliability, professionalism, and honesty. Connor and Andrew were our technicians on this visit, and they were outstanding. We received a courtesy call when they were on their way, they arrived on time, and immediately got to work. Connor and Andrew explained the issue with our outlets, answered all of our questions, and even showed us how we could test the outlets ourselves in the future using an inexpensive tester from Home Depot or Lowe's. We really appreciated them taking the time to share that knowledge instead of simply completing the repair and leaving. Great customer service and quality work!
