Brought my 2011 Subaru Outback to JC Tint LA to have my own stained glass tint installed on the sunroof, and JC did an incredible job. He was professional, detail-oriented, and made sure everything was done right. He took his time to line it up perfectly--no bubbles, no wrinkles, just a clean, flawless install. The tint looks amazing, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. You can tell he really knows his craft. If you need quality tint work, whether you're using his materials or bringing your own, JC is the guy to go to. Highly recommend!

JC window tint came in clutch!I was looking for a spot to tint my windows on my car but It was kind of late around 530pm. All the other shops were either closed or busy with other jobs . Jc auto tint told me to drop it off and he would have it ready in a few hours. They did a great job and appreciate the information he gave me on the different types of tint. They even went the extra mile and showed me a demonstration on how the different type of Tints protect/block heat from the sun. Got a new car with absolutely no tint and the sun is so strong these days. For the benefit of my skin and as the temperatures rise I though it would be a good idea to tint my windows. Had no idea where to go. A friend suggested Jc Tint so i called and was able to get an appt right away. They are GREAT! Super friendly and they use good quality materials for all price ranges. Main thing is I got the LifeTime Guarantee so I know they stand by their work.. last thing I want are bubbles under the tint which looks super tacky... my friend that recommended them was super happy with her work, and so am I!!! read more

Very friendly guys with a good price on ceramic tint. I was a bit disappointed in how the rear window came out with a bubble that wasn't on the opposite side of tint and was told they couldn't do anything about it. As well as one side of the front tints did not cover the entire portion of one of the front window but they did rectify this when I notified them it was still a pain in having to come back a second time for a mistake on their end but that's alright. Still the bubble in the rear tint was really disappointing for me and he said that i happens to these windows and that it'll pretty much always happen but literally the other side is exactly the same and had no bubble? Still they were polite and professional. read more

TOP QUALITY, NO BUBBLES 1MONTH+ LATER! Cesar did an amazing job with the tint job on my Camry. Very reasonably priced. Takes cash, card, does it all. I went to his shop in Cerritos to do it. Took about 2-3 hours (my fault cuz my car was actually rather dirty). But this show's Cesar and his team's dedication, in that they took off a film that was already applied to 1 of my windows and redid the job because my car was too dirty during the adhesion process and wouldn't have turned out nice in the long run... so he redid it. I am writing this review at least a month later and the tint job still looks A++. There are no streak, bubbles, or visible marks at all still. It looks super fresh and holds up well. read more

Javier and Jason are straight up enablers of musical chaos in the best way possible. The sound quality is crystal clear, even when the volume is up to ridiculous levels. The speakers are loud, the bass hits hard, and 4,000 watts is more than enough to make your ears file a formal complaint. I still haven't turned it max volume. Too scared Lol What impressed me most was the customer service. Javier and Jason had plenty of opportunities to upsell me, but they never pushed anything. In fact, I ended up talking myself into upgrades because they took the time to answer every question and explain everything without any pressure. They're down to earth, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about getting the setup right. They're really good dudes...ones a little intimidating...but super nice. I promise. Best setup EVER. Unacceptable Damage to a Brand New Car!…read more I brought in my brand-new 2025 Tesla--which I've only owned for 3 days and was in pristine condition--to Soundz Good Garage in Norwalk after reading positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was a complete nightmare. Setting up the appointment over the phone was quick, but the professionalism ended the moment I arrived. Right off the bat, the guy at the front desk complained about where I parked. After waiting about two hours for the tint job, I looked at the car and noticed visible bubbling immediately. When I went back inside, the staff brushed me off, telling me to "just give it a day or two." They were so dismissive they didn't even want to step outside to look. I had to insist, and when someone finally came out, he gave me the same line: wait a few days and come back in a week if it persists. Trying to be a polite customer, I drove home. However, once I arrived and inspected the vehicle closely, I was horrified. There are fresh razor blade looking scratches all around the vehicle, including severe, obvious scratches directly on my Tesla touchscreen display. To top it off, when I went to check the Tesla Sentry and dashcam footage, all video clips from while the car was at their shop were deleted. There was zero footage of my car even being there--which is completely impossible unless someone manually cleared or formatted the drive, considering Tesla cameras continuously record surroundings. I tried calling the shop nonstop for 30 minutes prior to their closing time to address the damage, but received no answer and no response whatsoever. It is completely unacceptable for a shop to treat a customer's vehicle with this level of carelessness, damage sensitive interior screens, wipe video evidence, and then dodge phone calls. Between the rude, dismissive attitude, sub-par tint work, and direct damage to my new vehicle, I strongly advise everyone--especially new vehicle owners--to stay far away.

Scheduling was easy, and I was able to get an appointment the following Saturday morning. I dropped off my car and took a walk to a nearby café to have breakfast while they worked on it. They also have a nice air-conditioned waiting room if you prefer to wait on-site. I returned about 90 minutes later, and waited while they finished up. I take great care of the car, but every time they're done with it, it looks better than day one off the dealer floor. Steve informed me that the PPF and ceramic coating was in great shape. He also educated me that the ceramic coating on the hood wears faster than the rest of the car. They re-coated the hood for no extra charge. What service! Again, I left Elevance very happy with my initial choice to have them apply everything and returning annually for their customer only inspection and detail service. Steve and his staff are extremely professional and friendly. If you need PPF, wrapping, ceramic coating, or window tint, check out my previous reviews and go with Elevance!

However, the more I continue to see all the errors and defects on my vehicle the more dissatisfied I feel about the results. There are multiple areas crinkling and bunched up, even right after my wrap and more so now down the line. I've added some photos for reference but there are waaaay more I'm not posting that I'd like to count. My biggest issue that has been on my mind to this day is that my cars mileage increased 30 miles from when I initially dropped it off. I brought this issue up to Steve and he explained it's because they did my wheels, the body work, and test drove it but thirty miles is excessive in my opinion. One of his workers I feel definitely took my car for a joy ride and perhaps Steve is covering for them. The mileage doesn't bother me, it's the negligence, irresponsibility, and disrespect for my property of whoever drove my car. Again, Steve has been responsive since day one but his staff (who worked on my vehicle) on the other hand fell very short of the quality and expectations his shop seems to give out through their platforms. I feel like I was one in the hundreds of people who had a really bad job done. No one is perfect and I'm just that one mistake of a customer, unfortunately. All in all, zero stars for the wrap job and 3 stars for Steve's efforts and customer service and 4 stars for the body work and wheels. However, I would recommend to keep an eye on your odometer when you drop it off since it seems like his employees might have an inclination to have some fun when no one is looking or when the "test drive" is being done. I have a camera in my vehicle but when I checked it someone disconnected it almost immediately after dropping it off according to the time stamps. Little sus to me. Thank you, Steve for your kindness and doing your best to resolve each issues you may not have had your hands on directly but if I could truly resolve my dissatisfaction (especially for the money I paid) I'd prefer to redo my wrap in all the area it was defective.

Well, once I dug into the process, saw that the work is warranted for a year, I figured I'd give them a shot. First, we had them do two aftermarket wheels which relatively minor damage. The result was pretty incredible. The wheels looked good as new and honestly, I couldn't remember where the blemishes were . Months later the wheels looked great. Today, we got four wheels on my wife's car done, all with curb rash to a varying degree and the result was great. The challenge today wasn't the damage, it actually wasn't super complex or extensive. It was the color. From the factory, the color is pretty unique, but the Dr. Wheel team got it pretty much exactly. A special shout out to Jonathan, who came out to our house twice and did a great job. Friendly, professional, thorough, and just an all around solid dude. Not that I hope to get more curb rash on any of our wheels (nor do I wish that for you!), but if we do, we will definitely go back to them. We've already referred them to a few neighbors.

The other businesses didn't mention if it was OEM and I figured I would have to pay more money to get the window tinted after it's fixed. With JJ Windshields, I didn't have to worry about that. Eddie showed up at my house (9 minutes after the 2 hour appointment time which was the only downside) the very next morning. He took one look at all the broken glass and said, "What a mess!" I smiled and said, "Don't judge me," and we both started laughing. From there, he got straight to work. He cleaned up all the glass, replaced the windshield, and had everything done in about 45 minutes. Eddie was professional and efficient. It was just a really good experience that I haven't had from a repair shop in a very long time not even the dealer does it like that anymore. I really appreciate how transparent they are. I am a professional woman with a brand new 2023 Tesla Model Y looking for tinting on my front 2 windows to protect the white seats. I had done quite a bit of research on the type of film used to block UV rays , etc., the rating and whether carbon ceramic was superior quality to standard ceramic or lesser quality. I found JC Tint and Cesar from a Tesla accessories supplier I was working with so I called and had an initial conversation with Cesar, was provided with very professional information on types of tint available, came to a price agreement and set an appointment. Arriving on the day of the appointment driving in from Orange County to Paramount for the 1st time I am very glad I made the trip. The location was in an industrial complex but easy to locate. The lobby was very clean, comfortable couch and Netflix on the tv set, and Cesar was very accommodating with all my questions. I upgraded to a full ceramic S-9 at 20% with a lifetime warranty after further discussion with Cesar. His workplace warehouse was very clean, organized and exuded professionalism, a pool table to boot!
