After giving him work on two projects this would be the third. We don't know what happened, however it is very unprofessional to treat a customer this way especially a repeat customer. Our project was delayed while we went through the time consuming process of getting estimates again to hire another company. We would have continued to use his company if he had just contacted us to explain why he couldn't do our project. Then, we would not feel compelled to update our review.
