Trying to get a technician out to repair what was done wrong during installation, forget it. You will wait months and make multiple phone calls. One technician came to do a repair and told me silicon caulking should have been placed around the windows and doors. He offered me a tube but didn't offer to apply it. My sliding doors were leaking whenever it rained and a technician did determine insulation hadn't been placed in right spot. This was after 2 other technicians had been here. I wish I had read reviews prior to going with this company. The price was just to good and I should have known something was wrong.

Over 2 years ago this company was hired to do our roof, siding and windows. The owner talked a good…read moregame. With the roof leaking I would have thought that would have been the priority project, instead the owner started on the siding and windows. we were told he would be back to finish in the spring of 22. Upon contacting Fred, we were told that we had to find someone else to complete the roof as he had dropped his insurance for roofing. This was quite the surprise to us, and we continued to deal with a leaking roof. Last year the roof was completed by another contractor. The siding still hasn't been finished, windows are not installed properly not caulked and sealed. shoddy workmanship was filled with a can of great stuff. so here it is 3 years the windows leak, and absolutely nothing has been done about it. I strongly caution you against using this contractor. If you do hire him, make sure it is something very rudimentary and quick, or you will be stuck like we are.
