I've had Cornerstone out three times in the past year for various reasons. Russel came out each time. I've been very happy with their service. The most recent was today, when he came out to figure out why a new bathroom fixture drain would not seal properly. He figured it out in a few minutes. He found the new drain pipe was substantially smaller in diameter than the basin hole, which allowed water to divert through the overflow outlet pass-through in the side of the pipe and travel down the outside of the pipe and around the bottom seal. After adding some silicone sealant to fill up that extra space, the drain no longer leaks. I didn't see that one in any Google video!! I'd recommend Cornerstone to everyone. read more

Beware of this company. They have great looking service vehicles and polite, friendly technicians but very little support. Have been trying to get an estimate for new boiler for weeks. Repeated calls, many answered by a service, repeated promises of a call backs that never come. If someone tells you Jared will call you, forget it. I don't think he exists. read more

If your looking for a service company with good communication and follow through think again about using Cornerstone Services. In the beginning everything started out fine, I asked for service to come out and fix my Rinnai house heater. An appointment was made for Oct 3rd and the service tech came out and diagnosed the problem. He informed us that he would order the parts and get back to us. (1) week went by, no call, so I called the office and spoke to Dana, she informed me that the part was on back order and that they would try to locate the part and would give me a call. I wanted another week or more and called again. I was again told by Dana that the part was back ordered and they would let me know, I asked if other parts distributors could be contacted or could they call Rianni directly, maybe they would have the parts needed, Dana said she would get back to me. Another week or more went by still no call back as promised. I called again, this time I spoke to someone else, could have been Andy? but he identified himself as a supervisor. I thoroughly described the problems I was having to him, lack of communication, lack of follow through etc, reminded him it was going to start to get cold.... we use the Rinnai for heating... he understood and said that the technicians were getting together for a meeting and he thought one of his other technicians might have the part on his truck and would try to get me the part. He promised to get back to me a few days later. I never heard back from Cornerstone and really felt like I was getting jerked around. I refused to call Cornerstone back, and decided to call Rianni directly, as the technician had told me what 2 parts he thought were needed. Rianni said the parts I was requesting were in stock and were never on back order. Rianni verified my Model and serial number and verified my unit was under warranty and shipped me the parts overnight free of charge. They even provided technical support when I had trouble taking off the cover. I received the parts from Rianni on November 3rd via fedex. I never heard back from Cornerstone Services, No courtesy call, no update, no nothing. Almost 3 months later ( December 20th) I get a call from Dana, saying my part was now in!! really????? I told Dana, I no longer need Cornerstones services and to please have the owner call me, as I really wanted to provide a courtesy call to the owner to inform him of my dissatisfaction with his company . Cornerstone mailed me a bill for $151.20, and I was never called by the owner. I called Cornerstone today, and left another message for the owner to call me, informing him I would be happy to pay my bill after he personally showed me more courtesy than his employees... still no word from him. My advice is to beware of this company. It was not their fault if the part was actually on backorder.... however their communication in non existent and they apparently don't need the business or care to go the extra mile for their customers. I hope to update this listing after speaking to the owner, but if you don't see an updated, just assume, he followed the same example as his employees and does not seem to care. read more
