Mullen's had the best pricing around AND were very quick to get me an install during a crazy "no…read moreheat" time in the midst of the terrible northern New York weather we had. They came in, saw that it was going to be a complicated install (which I knew from the other quotes I received) and managed to figure out a way to get me and my kids some heat in a timely manner. I couldn't thank them enough. They were incredibly friendly, professional and went above and beyond to help me, just as I know they do for anyone else. It's now been a few months with the new gas furnace they installed and I couldn't be happier. Thank you guys again for all of your help!

The most recent was today, when he came out to figure out why a new bathroom fixture drain would not seal properly. He figured it out in a few minutes. He found the new drain pipe was substantially smaller in diameter than the basin hole, which allowed water to divert through the overflow outlet pass-through in the side of the pipe and travel down the outside of the pipe and around the bottom seal. After adding some silicone sealant to fill up that extra space, the drain no longer leaks. I didn't see that one in any Google video!! I'd recommend Cornerstone to everyone.

If you're looking for an HVAC company that will provide you with professional service at a…read morereasonable price, I strongly recommend Stuart Heating & Cooling in Prescott. Al's team is experienced and proficient. For almost two years, we tried to find an HVAC company that could replace our aging oil-fired furnace with a new heat pump. In all, we contacted nine different HVAC companies (from Spencerville to Kingston), but none of them really impressed us with their knowledge or their commitment, and we were reluctant to hire any of them to install a heat pump in our century-old home. An associate of my wife's family recommended Stuart Heating & Cooling in Prescott, so I sent a message to Al Stuart, the owner of the company and he came to our house in early May 2024. After inspecting the oil-fired furnace and the ductwork that we had in place, he spoke confidently about the sizing of the new heat pump and the modifications (trunk line, cold air returns & branch runs) that would be required to ensure that the heat pump functioned properly in our century-old home. I was impressed. Al sent me a detailed quote the very next day and, compared to the estimates that I'd received in the last two years, I'd say that the price he quoted for the job was very reasonable. So, we agreed on an install date (less than 3 weeks later). And now we have a cold climate heat pump installed in our basement. And we are very happy. If you are looking for professional HVAC service, you need to contact Stuart Heating & Cooling in Prescott. You will not be disappointed. stuartheating@gmail.com. (613) 925-3147
