Eventually, I called the number on the website, and after having to hold for an hour (!!!), I finally got a reply from a very helpful person, so I thought, "Okay, good, now we're going somewhere." That was a week ago. I never heard back. I called the person who is supposed to organize this, but he didn't answer his phone, and we still don't have an estimate. The funny thing is that we hired another two guys (Alec and Trevor) to move furniture for us, and they did a great job. It seems like there's a serious disconnect somewhere.

The estimate went smoothly and the gentleman left and said he would email the estimate to us and we could secure it with a deposit through their portal and the info would be in the email. The email I did receive had the estimate for 5 movers for 6 hours but no portal access or way to secure it so I immediately called that same day and waited on hold for an hour before they told me they would have someone from the local office call me. No one called and because of the holiday weekend no one was in the office until the following Tuesday. I called first thing Tuesday morning and they again said someone from the local office would call me. No one did. I waited on hold for another hour and explained everything again and they put me on hold while they contacted the owner Matt directly. When they came back they said they were sorry and something had fallen through and they wouldn't be able to help me with the move anymore. This leaves me with an immediate upcoming move and scrambling to find help. This whole process could have been handled way better and this company was a referral from someone else. I DO NOT recommend them to anyone.

I was able to have the dumpster on the side of the garage where I wanted it and not just where the driver put it like other companies said. When the dumpster arrived, the outside was clean and a beautiful blue. It wasn't an eyesore sitting in front of the house. It isn't fun to do a cleanup of a basement so I appreciated the Citywide team making the project seamless from their end. One dumpster load wasn't enough for my project but I was able to get another one delivered even though it was the holiday season.
