Our family had already purchased another home out of state (MT) and were moving before the sale of our house in CO. We worked with Ben to make sure everything was left as needed before the move, to avoid issues before the house went on the market. Ben walked us through the process and helped create a "ToDo" list. Because of his hard work and attention to detail, we were able to move out and let Ben do his thing. Ben coordinated and managed (FREE OF CHARGE) an official square footage measurement of the home, (which resulted in finding an additional 55 square feet that lowered the overall price per square foot), Daytime and Golden Hour photos (huge selling point advantage, golden hour photos made the sale!), and brought in an interior design to set up paintings and furniture throughout the home. The house looked so good, I joked about buying it myself haha. I have never worked with a realtor firm that did soooo much, free of charge, to sell a house. The house received 5 offers on the first day listed and we were under contact that evening. We were not totally sure which offer to accept, but through working with Ben and the research that he did with each offeror, we were able to make an educated decision. The house sale closed 30 days later, above market value! Had we not went with PorchLight, I don't think things would have went as smoothly or sold above market. They made the house look great.

When I learn…read moreanyone is in the market or wants to list a home I instantly provide the contact information for their team. They are so kind and easy going with a no pressure approach. Our entire buying process was so effortless and smooth. My husband and I planned to house shop in spring of 2020, however one evening right before Christmas 2019 we found a house on Zillow that caught our eye. We both said why not and wanted to take a look at it. We had not found a realtor yet neither been pre-approved as we planned to wait for spring. After doing some quick research on skilled realtors in the property area we came across the Hakimi team's outstanding references. I made a contact request and within no time, minutes really, David reached out and made arrangements to view the property the following day. We met and instantly felt comfortable and in good hands with David. His experience in both the selling side and knowledge of the financial side helped gear us in the right direction to start our pre-approval process with great lenders and begin our home search. As he learned about us and our likes he tailored and provided us with links to similar homes to expand our search in the area we wanted. This is part of the services they provide and it is extremely helpful! He pointed out exceptional details even what could be potential issues within homes. We had not considered a new build as they usually do not have a decent yard or spacing in between homes. He provided all the pros and cons for used and new to help with our determination which in turn opened up more homes for us to see. He made himself more than available for showings and meetings. In fact when we found our new home, we were working that weekend with Amanda on David's behalf while he was out of town. He drove straight from the airport to meet us at the builder's sales office to go over the contract we would be signing. As mentioned Amanda took over working with us for that weekend and she too went above and beyond to meet with us when we found something last minute that we wanted to see. She met with us to view properties even with an already scheduled full day of showings on her plate. She also provided us an updated list of other potential properties with our must haves to check out. We ended up finding our home because Amanda knew of a neighborhood that had all the specifics we were looking for. Her knowledge in the area brought us to our new community and we signed the sales contract on a new build that same day. All through the process which was about 4 months in total for construction to be completed, they constantly checked in, they attended all walk throughs and provided helpful input when there was some loan issues. They were simply wonderful since the very beginning. We felt like we had known them forever and were working with friends. They truly have your best interests in mind and are in it for all the right reasons. I am very grateful for their communication and all their efforts. David even continued to follow up after our move offering to let us borrow any necessary tools if needed since moving and knowing what box your tools are in is not always possible. We look forward to having a drink with them to celebrate their work in finding our dream home!

Would definitely recommend him again and if you know of anyone who needs a great team that will be your partner through the process, please call David!

I was very impressed with the marketing of her property, so I did not need to shop for a listing agent, and the Subry Team did not disappoint. The Subry Team utilizes small point of sale post-its throughout the house like a self-guided tour. This way when another agent shows your property, none of the key features gets missed. They give quick follow-up reports following evey single showing. I wasn't always available to prep my property prior to a showing, but the Subry Team took care of things prior to those showings. He's personable, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly has an investor's mindset. He noticed things in homes that we missed and helped us understand what they meant in terms of cost, repairs, and long-term value. I was skeptical at first, all of their reviews were five stars, but decided to call anyway. I was talking to Tiffany, and at the same time talking to an Agent that was recommended from USAA. It didn't take long to notice the difference. While we were still getting ready to move from our location, upon our request, Tiffany looked at a house for us and immediately gave us all the issues. That same day, in her very busy schedule, she found the time to take a video commenting on the problems. She wasn't trying to sell houses, she was trying to match homes to families. It was more than I expected, leaps and bounds better than I received from the other Agent, it was clear who I could depend on to get my family settled. When we finally arrived in Colorado Springs, we were excited to meet the Canady Team. Tiffany was unavailable so Zack stepped in to care of us. The transition was flawless. We spent some time getting to know each other. He quickly explained the process and highlighted some expectations, then it was off to look at houses. He had it all lined up and by the end of the day, my wife and I agreed, Zack had our back. We felt that Zack, as much as Tiffany, with the entire team, would take care of us and get us into our new home as painlessly as possible. We were not disappointed. We were, in fact, very impressed with everything they did for us, from the visit coordination to ensuring the house specification were as advertised. Some Agents don't perform to the same level of excellence as the Canady Team. Zach walked us through the close of our new home. He scheduled our appointments, prioritized and followed up on our deliverables. He was there for us when USAA, our lender, failed to do their part in the process which delayed the closing schedule. He was on the phone with them immediately trying to fix it, understanding that it wasn't just a date being pushed but the expectation and hope of finally being stable again. He worked to smooth out the situation with seller, defending our position in what was a sequence of mistakes out of our control. In the end, he guided us through closure and checked up on again a month later to ensure we were okay and to see if we needed anything. More than we could have hoped for and lucky that we that took the chance. With no regrets, only praise, we hope you give them a chance and make that phone call.

Our experience was wonderful, here's why: After looking on the market for ~6 months, and seriously for ~1, we had found a home that we really loved, it was "the one." We were ready to put in an offer, and want to go in aggressively low due to time on market. We had been in touch with an agent elsewhere but did not feel like they would be a strong negotiator or ally for us in the first-time home buying process. On our friends recommendation, we reached out to First Summit who put us in touch with Jenna (Catalona-Davis) whose region spanned Denver-metro. Jenna was truly our partner in the process! She guided us as first-time homebuyers and worked with us to build a strategy that took all things into consideration-previous purchase price, time on market, comparisons, how renovations were factored into the listing price. Jenna was a weapon in negotiations and worked hard to get our offer accepted $20,000 below list price 2 days after submitting our initial offer. I can't overstate enough that she was absolutely a partner in the process-she demystified the home buying process, took every question we had and made sure we felt comfortable choosing to move forward with every next step. A phenomenal experience! Thanks, Jenna!

Tim's read on the market was precise. His pricing recommendation gave us confidence going in, and the results validated it. He also identified a targeted set of minor repairs before listing that made a real difference in how the home showed, and he had strong marketing visibility in place early, which drove serious buyer attention from day one. What impressed us most came after we were under contract. The inspection surfaced repair issues that needed resolution, and that part of the process was genuinely stressful. Tim stepped in, sourced contractors, guided the negotiation, and kept things moving with a responsiveness that made a complicated situation feel manageable. Both sides walked away satisfied. If you want an agent who reads the market accurately, prepares you before you list, and holds the deal together when it gets hard, Tim is the right person.
