The work was great, the experience was easy, and ever since then I knew I'd call him again. Fast forward to my new car: Joe was scheduled to come to my house again on a Saturday, but with bad weather on the way, he actually met me at my workplace instead. He took my car to his shop, left his own truck with me in case I needed to go anywhere, and brought my car back just a couple hours later. That kind of service is almost unheard of these days. Be careful with this business, put some tint on my Cadillac Escalade, the theft alarm system was…read moretriggered, took it to the dealer to diagnose and call them, Candy said it's wet , wait few days it should go away, I took it from the dealer and waited couple of weeks and theft alarm goes on and off , took it to the dealer, they found code error with rear right window was cut during the tint. Diagnose, window glass, labor and taxes around $830. Called Kevin, and texted them, they said we are not fixing or paying. Talked already to Better Business Bureau office for solution. Will keep updating you here on what's going on.
