Yes, we have AC, but we wanted to find a better environmental solution and help our electricity bill out a bit. Based on so many great reviews we only called Jose and Silvia of JS Custom Awnings. Jose answered my call right away, and based on my measurements, gave me a ballpark price over the phone, and then came promptly for our appointment 3 days later. He and Silvia were very nice and straight forward. We decided to add a second shade in the front of our house, and felt the pricing for both awnings was very reasonable. As promised, less then two weeks later the awnings were installed. As you can see from the pictures, the structures are very solid. The awnings were bolted everyone to keep secure in heavy winds and the installation was precise. They even checked for any possible loose screws on the driveway to protect our tires. Thw Sunbrella material was durable, strong and a great match for our home. Jose was very patient as we went back and forth between several colors. It has only been a day, but the glare in the house has been significantly reduced. The real test will be this summer summer. We are incredibly happy and obviously highly recommend them to all.
