I asked multiple times if the car is in their lot on multiple different occasions. It has now been four days, no one had checked, no one had called me back- So I sent my employee there. After nearly 30 minutes of not even being approached by a staff member, I was told the guy that has the key to my car is not there today therefore I cannot get it back. When he explained it is not his fault that the employee isn't there we simply want our key and that we have been calling for DAYS with no response, he was basically turned away. He took over an hour out of his day to be told that another person has taken his key when they did not even do anything to the car. Why would someone else have the key?? SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

Here are the facts: ​Document Forgery: They generated an insurance quote and stamped a signature in my name without my authorization, knowledge, or legal consent. This is blatant identity theft and forgery. ​Stolen Funds: My actual auto insurance provider later confirmed that they never received a single penny of this $350.00 payment. The money collected at Toyota of North Miami was completely pocketed and unaccounted for, forcing me to pay my full premium separately to my real insurer. ​Unlicensed Activity: To make matters worse, I discovered that the individual operating on behalf of Legend Services at the dealership does not even hold a valid, active insurance agent license in the State of Florida. ​Operating an insurance brokerage without a license, forging customer signatures, and taking money under false pretenses are serious criminal offenses. Carmax came in at a very reasonable price that was much higher than the other offer and guaranteed their offer and a check after inspection. We knew our car would pass inspection with flying colors at Carmax so we told the Miami salesman to hold the new vehicle while we drove over to Carmax and we would be back with a check to complete our deal with them. Everything came together as we thought it would. We highly recommend this location! Their staff was welcoming, friendly and organized. They inspected our vehicle within 1/2 an hour while we were comfortably seated in their air-conditioned showroom. They did all the legwork and paperwork and handed us a certified check for the balance after they paid off our bank. We Ubered back to the Miami dealership and completed our transaction with them.
