I had them do snow removal winter of 24/25. They did a great job (see my other review). Because…read morethey did such a great job at snow plowing I paid for my lawn to be cut for the summer of '25. After 3 or 4 cuts I wasn't happy with the regularity of the grass cutting ( yes, I'm an old guy that's fusses over his lawn!). I decided at that point to buy a zero turn and do it myself. I called Brian and explained that I wanted to cancel for the year and he assured me that he would figure what I owed for the prior cuttings and send the rest of my money back within a couple of weeks. That was about 7 or 8 weeks ago. I've called numerous times, I've offered to work with him if taking care of it all in one lump sum was a problem, approx $1000, but crickets! He did text me once and said that he would call that night, but nothing. I don't know what changed with his organization, in the past year, but I would stay away from this business. Somethings up and it's not good. Now I've got the hassle of court etc.
