I phoned to ask him about this and he said a microfibre could not damage the glass (despite the fact it is in fact plastic not glass and a friend who is also a detailer said it was the softest type of plastic). I phoned him to discuss the matter and he never offered to come and see the damage but instantly got defensive. He said I did an inspection of the car afterwards but this was in the morning and the swirls were not visible in that light. Then to top things off he accused me of damaging it myself since (during the past 3 days since he came) and then trying to lay the blame on him. If your car matters to you I would not not trust with your pride and joy and this man has zero integrity. Now I am left with a bill of over £1000 to replace the instrument cluster. Avoid!

He travelled out from Scarborough to Harwood Dale which was a bonus because I work from home. Texted me to say he was on the way and rang when he was close. Great communication and a great price too. I had superglue marks on the dashboard from where the previous owner had superglued his tom tom to! Matty took one look at it and said it would be no problem to remove. Not only did he shampoo, clean, vacuum the inside he also did an amazing job on the out of the car too. The end result was amazing, I will get a photo on here later but it is showroom clean. Fantastic service, recommended to all and everyone in Scarborough and District. It doesn't matter how many words use to big up Matty, a photo paints a thousand words, so I promise I will get the photo of the car up later. Great work!
