We originally had one designer using a shared computer. Their system flagged the login supposedly when he was given his own devise and cut off our access, demanding we buy two licenses instead of one. Support refused to assist or listen to reason, claiming "warnings" were sent (which only went to the employee login, not the owner). We left for another platform. Months later, a new hire preferred this program, so I gave them a second shot--fully prepared to pay for two licenses just to let him work. They took my money, activated the account, and immediately shut us down again, claiming we now needed a THIRD license. We don't even have a second or third designer! The system simply flagged our office IP address when the employee logged into his own long-standing personal account on his laptop while at the office. Instead of investigating or offering support, they locked both accounts and kept our money. Unreasonable policies and zero support for small businesses. Buyer beware. I wish I would have read these reviews PRIOR that is for sure. What a total scam.
