Diane was our waitress and did an excellent job serving our food and keeping our coffee cups full. She also was great for allowing us to hang out and catch up. Their breakfast variety plus the quality and quantity make up the 5 star review. They seemed to have everything. Their omelettes take up an entire page of the menu and range in price from $8.99-12.99. I ordered the "Healthy Omelette" which came with peppers, mushrooms and avacado served with home fries and toast for $12.99. It was enough for 2 people. Bathrooms are clean. You must pay at the counter. They take credit cards as well as cash.

I enjoyed drooling over their luscious looking desserts in the case that smacks you in the face as soon as you enter while we waited. I had French toast, scrambled eggs and that great diner coffee! Sir had a turkey club, that came with a cup of soup. He thoroughly enjoyed both ! Great portion! My French toast was fluffy and very good! Eggs - how do they make them so light and delish?!! Smooth coffee as I expected! I even had a rare second cup! Our server, Diane, was quick and efficient. I think we made her smile because we're both talkers and believe in complimenting good food and service. Typical diner pricing. Id absolutely return :)

5-Stars it is!! *…read moreCASH ONLY- they have ATM on premise but cash is king! * Make reservations- we had reservations for 7p- but moved it to 5p and glad we did- this little spot fills up fast *BYOB Hubby and I came here to see what all the rave reviews were about and were immediately greeted warmly and with a smile, seated and given menus with an explanation of the specials. We started off with appetizers- which are really great for sharing- perogies for the Hubby and I had the liver dumpling soup- both were fantastic. Hubby had the German mixed salad with his meal, the special was sausage with both chicken and pork Schnitzel and potatoes, I had the sauerbraten with potatoes and we both had a side of the sauerkraut. We took a To-Go of the stuffed chicken breast with mozzarella and spinach and soup, with broccoli and an order of perogies. 2 Root beers, and he had the apple strudel and I ordered the Bienenstich. Our server was Karen- I want to give a huge thank you to her, she was an absolute delight, sweet, friendly and made sure our dinner was perfect, she is wonderful and next time we come for dinner, we hope she is our waitress. Food was incredible, I have not had "family" style German food in probably 13 years if not longer- I used to eat all the time at Alpine Village in Torrance Ca and at Phoenix Club in Brea Ca- both I was a long time foodie at, and never had a bad meal! It is so great to know that Sebastian's is our new place for delicious German food. Dinner for the 3 was roughly $180.00, but before you say "that's a lot", the food is delicious, the wait staff is amazing and both my husband and I gladly pay good money for fantastic food, like what we had here at Sebastian's.

CASH ONLY CASH ONLY…read moreCASH ONLY CASH ONLY Did I mention CASH ONLY So we are thinking about getting Christmas Eve dinner catered from here, so we tried it out yesterday. There was a decent amount of confusion and dialect disconnect, but I believe they have most of their regular menu available. We also ordered a bunch of different items to taste test and we were extremely happy! Let me get into my issue... At no point until I walked into the restaurant, did they mention cash only, oh and check! They take checks! But they never list if on ther website, or any social media sites. They do not mention it over the phone either... so I walk in expecting to pay with card and wham. CASH ONLY... They do have an ATM on site, but to use it, you need an ATM card or a pin on your CC, which I did not have. My FiL had to meet me half way back with cash so I could pay. I really wish they post it online or somewhere people can see before walking in.... I had half a mind to cancel lol! Well that's my gripe! Ordering food, there was a slight language barrier as well. But all in all, it went OK. The lot needs better lighting and or a sign that points to the main entrance. We walked the wrong way and ended up at tables and chairs in storage.... It is very very very homey inside. Very homey. It feels like Oma's living room. With Hummel and biersteins everywhere, and it mean everywhere! Do not bring young kids here lol! It does look nice though! Must but nightmare to dust... Service is unique, the owner was trying to make small talk, and this is after my cash issue, I was kind of zoned out... also had 2 kids that were surprisingly behaving! I got super lucky with that lol! I was able to pay cash and he threw in a few items for free, he gave me a potato soup and a Rahm sauce. Brought the food home and feasted! I got the triple schnitzel combo with Veal, pork, chicken. All were delicious, I like the brown gravy (which had a nice tang) as well as the Rahm sauce with it. By itself it was good, I think they do it more Italian style with only breadcrumbs and no flour, but it was still good. The Veal was the best, but small! The other 2 were very good! I subbed mash for home fries which had sautéed onions and were a great touch, but it needed salt. The sauce helped! I also got a side or spaetzle, which were good but needed sauce and or salt, and did not have much seasoning. But that is German food... I'm not saying its bland, but its sauce heavy! Perogies were absolutely killer! I want a tray lol! Great filling, super soft, great taste! Wife and FiL had the chicken cordon blue, and they were huge!!! They were delicious, but even better with the Rahm sauce. I need a gallon of it lol! Wife liked the Red cabbage, I enjoyed it as well, great flavor. I personally like it sweeter. FiL had the mash and like it. I also got Linzer Tarts which disappeared very quickly lol! Everyone enjoyed them! All in all a great meal, I wish they'd let you know cash only... we look forward to getting catering on Christmas Eve!

So when I used to work in L'ville and could get Route 1 Diner delivered through Uber Eats it was a treat indeed. I often ordered the turkey Reuben, omelettes, BLTs, fish sandos, and quesadillas. All good but the actual standout here is the STEAK FRIES! They are fluffy on the inside and crisp on the outside. They're the best steak fries by far and possibly a top 3 restaurant fry of all time for me. Even by delivery they arrive crisp. I've since left that job near the diner but when I find myself in the area I can't help but stop in to get the fries. I was actually hesitant to do so at first - kinda like lifting the curtain back on Oz. But there's no trickery here - the waitstaff is friendly in person, the food is hot and fresh, and incredibly priced. This diner is such a gem and I am admittedly jealous of people who live nearby. Def stop in - well worth the trip. Enjoy my pics!

I just ordered a short stack and side of bacon and somehow they took over 30 minutes despite things being quiet. (It was at around 10pm.) I was happily greeted right at opening and seated in one of them many booths. The Vincentown still has a good-sized counter area as well as the aforementioned booths and another large dining room. If you are ever there for lunch or dinner, they also have a liquor license and serve beer, wine, and mixed drinks. Looking over the rather extensive breakfast menu, I decided to go with something called a Stacker, which I wasn't quite sure of, but turned out to be the right choice! Hashbrowns on the bottom and on the top, and a filler of your choice in the middle. Basically a normal breakfast plate stacked high, instead of wide, lol. Mine included a little truffle mayo and was good to the last bite. Also included a side of fresh fruit! Vegetarian, friendly! Great coffee, too! Service was also a cheery and attentive without being overbearing. There you are dining alone or with a large group, they've got a space for you, and everyone will be able to find something to be jazzed about on their menu.

The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming and the staff always make you feel right at home. Town and Country Diner truly captures what makes diners special with its friendly service and an extensive menu filled with all kinds of comfort food. The value is incredible. Most meals come with two sides a salad and even a soup making it a complete and satisfying meal. I ordered the porterhouse steak cooked medium rare and it came out perfectly tender and juicy. My sides of fried eggplant and corn were delicious and the upgraded French onion soup was rich and flavorful. For about thirty three dollars getting a full steak dinner with soup and salad included is a great deal. The food may not be the fanciest but it is hearty tasty and served with care. I never make it to dessert because the portions are so generous but they do have a great selection that always looks tempting in the display case. This place always feels like home and it is one of those diners you can always count on for a great meal and a pleasant experience.

There was good lighting, plenty of seating, and so much to choose from on the menu. The food was overall, always pretty good and had good flavor. Could tell that it was fresh and not premade or felt like it was heated up frozen. It always had good flavoring and had so much variety that it was always hard to choose what to eat from the menu. The only complaint we really had was the service could've been better at times. There were times when the service was good and plenty when it was bad. It was bad due to the staff either behaving strangely or needing attitude adjustments. But in the end, it is what it is and it's overall expected. This is a good diner to check out or visit for breakfast but there are still better options out there.

There is all your usual stuff that you'd expect to find at any diner. From your sandwiches, omelettes, crepes, typical deserts such as cake and pie, to just about anything else you'd expect to find on a menu for a diner. The service was overall fine but nothing super special but it still is a decent diner to go to for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It is better to go around dinner time because then they give you complimentary garlic knots which are delicious. And the televisions they have around the diner are also nice to watch too so you don't feel bored. The only major criticisms I have is that there are times when there are tables that are still very dirty rather its from dirty dishes or too much dust lying around the diner. Another criticism is that the deserts maybe dry from sitting in the fridge too long which is disappointing because they look delicious. The final criticism is that it can be noisy too inside when its always busy. But that is expected as that happens anywhere. In the end, its a solid diner to go to. But it's not the best diner out there as there are plenty other better options for food and to hang out.
