Adam and the New Image team are top-notch. We needed a new roof, interior and exterior painting (porch floor and railings), and a remodel of a walk-out basement (new flooring, lighting, and paint). We had three different contractors/companies come out to give estimates. Right away, I trusted Adam above and beyond the others. He was extremely thorough during the estimate process, and seemed much more knowledgeable about our diverse projects than either of the others, pointing out details, asking questions, and explaining options that I didn't even know existed. His pricing was fair, as well, so we hired him, and are so glad we did. Adam's knowledge translated into results - we could not be happier with the work he and his team did for us. They completed the projects in a timely manner, even despite extenuating circumstances out of their control (weather, ill contractor, etc.), and despite the fact that we kept adding small projects/features to the work beyond the original contract. Adam and his team were responsive and courteous throughout the process. We have many more projects that we want accomplished over the next few years, and will be using New Image Remodeling without a doubt.

It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. John was very thoughtful about the project,…read morebringing up issues that we hadn't considered and that other contractors hadn't mentioned. He offered his opinion but deferred to our preferences and worked to find ways to make our project less expensive. In fact, even though we ended up ordering new cabinets for the desk rather than re-using existing cabinets (because it looked much better) and he did some additional work, the job came in less than he estimated - the first time we've ever had that happen! John was great at keeping us updated on when materials would arrive and allow him to start, and accurate with his estimates. He worked around our schedule and cleaned up at the end of every evening, always making sure that things were safe for our three-year-old and pets. He did several extra small things at the end, such as rewiring some switches in the hall for us, and did them at no charge. John worked very quickly and his work is fantastic - very high quality. You can't even tell that the project was a remodel; it looks like it was always here - which is exactly what we wanted. I can't recommend him highly enough. We will definitely be using him again!

He communicates every step of the way and his workmanship is outstanding. His work ethic is something that we have not seen in a contractor in a long time. We were amazed at how clean the job site was on a daily basis. It was truly a pleasure to work with John. We highly recommend Fortuna Construction and will use him for all of our home improvement projects in the future! If you are considering doing a home improvement project you definitely need to have John do the job because then you will know the job has been done right!

Jason met us on site and we decided on a shed and wanted the drive to talk about it. That shed sold while we were driving. Jason said he would get us what we wanted for the same price. We didn't have to compromise on color and roof style (metal) as we did with the other shed. Delivery happened exactly as promised. Darcy & Heather were delivery communication and super knowledgable. Kaleb managed to get into our difficult driveway. We have a flag lot. I was pretty impressed. He knew the problem areas and my husband followed him with a chainsaw to get down some limbs. Even though we spent the last three days prepping for this, there were some we missed! We look forward to our new building to use as a roadside stand for our farm - Twin Flame Lavender Farm. We still have a way to go with finishing and getting permits but this is so exciting. Please extend our thank you to your entire team! Cheers, Paul and Renee Donohue
