    I came here to get cpap supplies. When i walked in the rep was helping someone so i waited and…read morelooked at the different types of mask they had. Getting a mask was a little overwhelming for me because i wanted to choose the right type. Insurance only pays for 1 so you will be stuck with whatever you pick for at least 3 months. I'm claustrophobic so anything covering my face is a problem... The rep was nice. She allowed me to try on a few different types of mask and i made my choice. The mask alone is $125 without insurance. So my mind definitely started second guessing did i do the right thing. Lol. But she was very patient with me. I chose a full face mask with cushion, got my filters, and new tubing... The cpap machines are about $1000 so the insurance company normally requires you to get at least 8-10hrs of sleep or wear it that long daily, or they won't pay. I can't get 8 hours of sleep in so unfortunately i had to take a different route!! $#%$! $!#/% I was there for about 20 minutes. I paid and was on my merry way. I'm glad it wasn't a long drawn out process. They call you to remind you to order new supplies like filters, cushions, and etc. In the past it got excessive and was on my last nerve getting 2-3 calls a week. But its been a few years so hopefully that's changed. They're close to Lynnhaven Mall area and freeways and easy to access. They also have parking right out front. Check them out for your DME needs!!!

Their job couldn't be easier; receive prescriptions from doctors and provide the equipment that the prescription calls for to patients. That's it. And not just any equipment, but CPAP equipment. The equipment that allows people to breath properly while they're asleep. No small thing. It would be reasonable to expect they take the job seriously . This company does not. Despite providing life preserving medical equipment, their lack of professionalism, dishonesty, and complete disregard for customer service is at a level that actually makes them a danger to their customers. A family member of mine uses the prescribed medical equipment they provide and they do as little as possible to get the medical equipment to their customers in any sort of a timely manner. I had to go to the store front three different times asking to obtain the equipment for my family member that is needed in order to breath effectively at night. They gave me the run around, fist telling me our prescription never arrived despite having used it at that location prior, and now that it was set I would receive my equipment. Weeks later i returned having still gotten no equipment, and they lied again and told me it was a clerical error that caused the problem and i would receive my equipment in 7-10 business days. 3 weeks later having still received no equipment I returned at which point I asked why i had come three times and received no equipment? And why i had been told things that were not true on three occasions. ultimately I was told I would be better off just buying the prescribed medical equipment myself out of pocket "because they were changing companies". The change was used as an excuse for months and didn't happen. The moral of this story is : If you need a CPAP- do NOT use this company, if your spouse needs equipment do NOT use this company. Utilize every available resource going forward to get what is needed. But do not waste your time with this company.
