I met with Dr Jayne Dabu for my initial consultation, she was very personable and thorough. And gave me a lot of hope they would be able to help me . My treatments have been with Dr Bayer and he has been fantastic. Again asking lots of questions. Very thorough. Has a very calming and encouraging way about him . Even Amanda at the front desk is super friendly and helpful . I am already feeling a difference after only a few treatments. And look forward to many more.

I paid the $97 and came in for my appointment and was told over the phone no paperwork necessary due to no insurance is accepted. I started taking CBD oil from a local shop and a friend recommended PROH. I meet the owners and they took time to explain about the different products they carried, how each product worked, the purity of the products, and which product would be most beneficial to me. They didn't try to just sell me a bunch of products and push me out the door. They listened to me, my concerns, and asked me questions to better understand my needs. I started with the gummies, which were effective almost immediately. The gummies taste good and are just enough to take the edge off. I have found the gummies and the oils have helped with my anxiety levels, my sleep, and my overall stress. Purity of products is an important factor in anything I buy. I am confident that the products carried at PROH do not contain fillers or artificial additives. Quality products, good value and excellent customer service are all features you will find at PROH.

The sign is kinda of small so you might have to take a double look and the name has also changed to Good Neighbor's. The inside has all your small items needs and theres also a tiny pharmacy in the back. They sell your typical snacks and candies found in other convience stores as well. I haven't used their pharmacy but I would if I was in the area because the people here definitely care about their customers. I came in here to fax some papers since our office fax was down and I needed these to be sent ASAP so I was refered here by the Portsmouth Library. The fax service is in the back and I was attended to quickly. The ladies there are super nice and caring. The people who were getting medicine seemed to get their prescriptions filled quickly. Overall, if I lived in the area this would make this my go to pharmacy because the people and service is great!

I don't remember the lady's name but as she held her little baby....she showed me all of the products they had for my issues. She suggested sucking on them. Great idea plus they work faster that way. Beverages work well also but had to mix with some crystal light flavors to help with the flavor but that is just my taste. Knowledgable staff, helpful with determining your supplement needs…read more But I did have issues using my membership discount. The discount is applied after you spend a certain amount of money in the store. (I think it's 300 and then you get 25 off). 1. Initially had 2 accounts created in the system. They were separate. They would not combine the accounts and the monetary amounts. This wasn't an issue I caused. Both accounts were valid. Shrug, ok. 2. Eventually spent enough for the discount. However, the purchase that put me over could not be used as a discount. I was told it would discount on my next purchase. Ok.. 3. Next purchase, grabbed some items...but was told they recently changed the discount to in house products only. So I could not use the discount. Ok...to their credit they gave me a small percentage off AFTER I protested. 4. This was today, 10/16/2012, I went back against my better judgement but thought I was being too petty. I grabbed all in house products. When my account was pulled up the computer indicated I had not spent enough money for my discount. I explained that wasn't the case, I was over the amount by a lot at this point. I was told sorry, that's what the computer says. Bottom line, they lost a customer today for good. I can't expect them to take me at face value, that's unreasonable and I get that. But I would have liked an attempt at solving the issue at the very least.
