I want to give a huge thank you to everyone at Lucky U Cycles in Fort Myers…read more I recently purchased a new Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello from the Lucky U team, and although we unexpectedly ran into an electronic issue with the original motorcycle, the way Jeremy Coon and his team handled everything really impressed me. Jeremy personally reached out to me and immediately offered to have the motorcycle picked up. Tim and Wayne were also extremely helpful throughout the process and did everything they could to diagnose and resolve the situation. Rather than making me drive hours back to the dealership or deal with everything myself, they arranged to get the motorcycle back and ultimately provided another V100. The replacement was delivered to me quickly, and the delivery driver was professional and courteous throughout the process. That's what customer service should look like. Problems can happen with any vehicle, but having a dealership stand behind their customer and make things right is what makes the difference. Everyone I've met at Lucky U has been incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's honestly the kind of dealership I'd stop by just to hang out, look at motorcycles, and talk with the people there. I would absolutely do business with Lucky U Cycles again and highly recommend them to other riders. Thank you Jeremy, Tim, Wayne, and the entire Lucky U team!

I first met Chris and his crew 6 years ago at the Leesburg Bike Fest. I had just recently purchased my 2006 Softail Deluxe and after his crew had installed a couple of customized and performance items for me, he put my bike on his Dyno. He identified a problem that would have been catastrophic for my engine. His crew fixed the problem and in the process it added an increased 20% of horsepower. I've been a believer in their expertise and abilities ever since. I recently stopped by to get the fluids changed on my 2014 Softail and have him look at my tires. As I figured the tires needed changing. He ordered new ME888's and a few days later called me stating my bike was ready to go. I was very pleased with my new tires and the work performed. The shop: The front sales area has accessories for all your HD needs, including performance packages. In the rear is the shop area. There are three elevated "stalls" where work is performed on the customers' bikes. Further to the back is the "Dyno Room" where Chris puts the bikes thru tests. Based upon the graphical results, he can determine if your bike is at operating at peak performance. The shop is very impressive and set up for serious maintenance and performance upgrades of one's motorcycle. I highly recommend you come by and check them out. They're located at 15870 Pine Ridge Rd. I called Every other week and either someone was being hired to check my initial electrical issue, or parts were arriving for a new belt, battery, etc..., or "Fluids" needed to be changed on the Pickup. At the end there was apparently something always being done to this Pickup. After over a year he told me that he had the vehicle running and he was going to test it out driving it around and then out of nowhere according to him the car stopped working when I was going to Pick it up. Besides other promises about an additional vehicle which I am not even going to go into details..... I ended up taking the car from this repair shop and had a mechanic check to see if all of these new items that apparently were replaced were actually repaired and completed. To my surprise 13 months were waisted as the mechanic checked fluids, belts, battery, etc and nothing was done..... Its is sad as John seemed like an honest guy. I am really patient (13 months plus patient) and really wanted to give him the opportunity to make things right. I have attempted to call but either he is never able to "pick up the phone", or avoids my call or continues with excuse after excuse. I have been nothing but respectful and patient with John. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANY OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
