America's Tire - Chapman & Brookhurst…read more I've been going to this America's Tire location for years and for multiple cars, and this visit is a perfect example of why I keep coming back. I ordered tires that weren't in stock and scheduled an appointment four days out for 8 AM. I had a road trip later that same evening, so I left a note asking if there was any chance they could get me in a day earlier--both so I could put a few miles on the new tires beforehand and so everything would be done before travel day. The next day, Keith (the store manager) called me personally. He said that as soon as the tires arrived, they'd reach out to see if they could move me up. Sure enough, Oscar called and rescheduled me for the day before my trip. When I walked in, Oscar came right out, greeted me by name, and took my key. I actually asked, "Do you know me?" and he replied, "I'm expecting you." That level of attention and communication is rare. Keith and the crew went out of their way to make it work, and it made a real difference. This is exactly why the Chapman/Brookhurst America's Tire has been my go-to for so long. Highly recommend.
