I decided to purchase a stereo for my truck and have it professionally installed. I picked up by truck several hours later and was absolutely impressed, to the point that I purchased another one for a family member the next day. When looking for window tint options for my Tesla, I settled on them as the installer due to their experience and professionalism. I had several concerns about the access to the vehicle and the type of tinting they would do with all the glass. After briefly speaking with one of them, all concerns were addressed and I ultimately elected to go with the ceramic tint option. Overall I've had no complaints about Big Daddy's and would absolutely recommend them for anyone that's looking to modify their vehicle. I paid the company $4806 for towing equipment and electrical work so the vehicle could be towed behind my motorhome. While doing the electrical work, the tech shorted out my radio/audio system. However, Woody's denied any responsibility and claimed my radio was "just worn out", although it was working fine before taking it to Woody's. I subsequently took my vehicle to Ro's Car Audio and he discovered that the other company had improperly wired a by-pass switch to the audio system causing my radio to short out. Ro corrected the wiring problem and was able to install a replacement radio without further problems. RO's professionalism and attentiveness to my concerns is very much appreciated and I am very pleased to highly recommend his business.

I made a call several times and after the fifth call the owner returned my call and stated that he will not be there till 9:30, at which time he arrived at 9:45 on a weekday Monday to do work on applying charcoal black on front sides and limo tint on my car. The results appeared odd, however after closer examination the day after exposed what was sad to say bad...trash, bubbles in every window! It was not the right color it has three different colors on 3 different windows... and light was coming in on the back glass and when asked to resolve this unacceptable service, the response " I can take it off, and put it back on, but that the only tint i carry". Really!!! that tint was not even black, which I requested 35% charcoal black on front and limo on the back and sides... When I asked additional vendors in the area their assessment of this tint job they replied the same... A very bad job! Presently tried to call back and get resolution, but appears to get no where. Bad work, bad service, bad results!!!
