It was 6pm on July 3rd, and every repair place we called was closed. Safelight returned our message and said they could repair our windshield sometime on Monday the 10th of July. So I called my dear friend Jenny who lives near Gillette, Wyoming and asked her if she knew ANYONE who could replace our trashed windshield sooner. She replied, " I certainly do!" and she put us in touch with Vanessa at Novus Glass in Gillette. Vanessa said she could get us in on the 6th and replace our entire windshield. Timeline: Our windshield was trashed by hail at 6pm on July 3rd & entirely placed with ALL sensors working perfectly at 4pm on July 6th. Then I tried to take my kids new car there and they scratched the tint and blamed it on me. Then they wanted my daughter to accept dirt behind the tint. Stephanie gets upset when you ask questions. They don't provide proof or a real trail for the transferable warranty. I am not sure I ever got my receipt from the Cadillac. They are only ones in town that do ceramic tint. I now have to drive to Sioux Falls just to get the tint done right on my daughter's car. Be prepared to have to accept dirt if you go there.
