From the outset Nate was indifferent to our needs and seemed only interested in selling a house. When we tried to get him to negotiate on our behalf he would reply with some excuse as to why he couldn't. In all honesty I have no faith that he actually reached out to the builder. When we viewed homes it was clear Nate did not do any research as he knew nothing about the house or the builder. The final straw is when I informed Nate that another builder was able to work with us on certain aspects of the home buying process. His answer was rude and unprofessional, telling us to go with them then. We ultimately decided to go with the other builder, DRB homes, because we got everything we wanted at the price we wanted and were treated with respect and dignity.

We hired Stephanie years ago to manage our property. She managed it alright…read more Managed to destroy it. We spent THOUSANDS fixing the damage that the tenant she had in there, that she REFUSED to go and physically do anything to when he STOPPED PAYING US FOR 5 MONTHS, caused with his pets. There was cat litter in our air conditioning vents. We had to refinish wooden floors. And then she brought over people to see the house, when it was fixed up, the people joked with her about "having" to pay rent and she laughed with them and said "Well the last people didn't have to too often". Are you serious. Are you seriously serious? Needless to say we said no to those renters. Not only no: H*ll no. She treated our new renters like GARBAGE. Our new, lovely renters who have been late all of twice and begged our forgiveness when it happened- and paid up in the past as soon as they could. We manage our property ourselves now because of this awful woman who told us she was going to send her lovely cuddlebuddy "Ben" over to replace our window screens (he stole our perfectly fine window screens and NEVER BROUGHT ANY BACK) and fix a "wire" in our ceiling- except our renters say that he never showed up to do ANYTHING and she had NO PROOF OR RECEIPTS from "Ben". She is a liar. She is a thief. She will not take care of your property and she should be run out of the city for being a scum sucking piece of garbage. She'll treat your renters like garbage, too. Since hurricane Florence hit she had to hire a new HVAC contractor who came out (honest and trustworthy since it's not her regular crew- I will post the name once I have it. My wife was at the house and the usual plumber and electrician treated her condescendingly) and said the electric is a shock hazard but Stephanie and the normal contractor said they do not think it needs to be fixed. Owners beware that Donovan is coming you, and renters beware that Donovan will charge you for the repairs they are being paid to do.
