She was able…read moreto sell our house for more than we ever thought possible, exceeding our expectations in every way. Not only was she incredibly efficient and knowledgeable, but she was also a pleasure to work with--always kind, approachable, and available to answer any questions we had throughout the process. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home!

My experience with Onnit Realty was horrible. We started with AJ, who left the company, and…read morereceived Nate as our replacement. Nate is the only reason why I am leaving a one star review, so if you get a different realtor you may have a different experience. From the outset Nate was indifferent to our needs and seemed only interested in selling a house. When we tried to get him to negotiate on our behalf he would reply with some excuse as to why he couldn't. In all honesty I have no faith that he actually reached out to the builder. When we viewed homes it was clear Nate did not do any research as he knew nothing about the house or the builder. The final straw is when I informed Nate that another builder was able to work with us on certain aspects of the home buying process. His answer was rude and unprofessional, telling us to go with them then. We ultimately decided to go with the other builder, DRB homes, because we got everything we wanted at the price we wanted and were treated with respect and dignity.

It appears they must rent on feelings rather than the proper channels. Amy and her team have ZERO regard to protecting your property. My family member trusted her beautiful home in Hope Mills, NC to this company who proceeded to allow a known debtor, a person with zero credit and what appears to be numerous social security numbers to move in, 1st pay default rent and it took four months and the sheriff eviction to get her out. My family had to pay the mortgage since Ace was certainly not able to collect, all the while paying rent in a new home. The "human renter" also left a house full of trash and a huge hole in the ceiling of the home. She was also known to smoke pot all day and the landlord, AMY REYNOLDS, failed to take action. Take a free internet search. Here is the link for y'all to see. Even a 5-year-old would have seen this person should be on the DO NOT RENT LIST or what's called the DNR. Here is the eviction with Wellington Advisors / Cumberland Towers Apartments right before Ace let her ruin my family member's home. This investigation is ongoing and interviews are being conducted. If you have suffered any wrong doings by Ace Property Management, and can prove it, we would like to hear from you. Further details will be made public as they become available. Amy and Ace Property were given ample opportunity to make this right, but they denied any wrongdoing. Instead of enforcing the rent as mandated by the lease, they allowed the renters to do partial payments and took forever to evict them. Then they will sit on your house for months, just hoping someone will want to go look at it, with no real sales skills. The house did have walk-throughs, but then they would never go sweep a floor or dust anything down. Even making you aware that the home was getting unappealing was too much for them. The yard had gotten out of control, and it wasn't until I had inquired about it that they suggested having the yard mowed and trimmed up. When I had asked how things were going, it was an excuse after excuse on how it's my problem, the house isn't selling. Right off the bat, too, they never listed the brand new features with the home, and never emphasized the selling point of the home. Their answer to everything was "keep dropping the price". this was so pathetic. I believe these people are a self-licking ice cream cone while your house is rotting out on the market.

But Maddie was there to hold our hands the whole way through! From facetiming us as she walked through the neighborhoods to the very detailed video walk-throughs, where she pointed out just about everything that the inspection report noticed. She is incredibly knowledgeable and really takes her time to make sure that we understood all the paperwork and we were never left guessing as to what came next. She was on her A game the whole time, including getting as a $3,000 credit post-inspection after the seller had said they would not be making any concessions, I still don't know how she pulled that one off, but we absolutely look forward to buying our next investment home with her and The Welcome Home Team soon! A special shoutout to Kaitlin as well! When Hurricane Idalia looked like it was going to take a turn right for us, she got everything together to make sure we were able to do a mail-away closing 2 days early with almost no notice.
