She is honest, trustworthy, patient and knowledgeable. We live in Texas, but stay six months a year in Southern Pines Fox hunting. We had been in search of the perfect property for at least two years. Rachel kept in contact and always sent new listings as they came on the market or had price changes. Also was a true asset when we found something interesting. We looked at several properties and never did we feel pressured to make a contract. Rachel appreciated our experience and wanted us to find the perfect property. During the process as problems arose, she expertly handled the issues and I never felt she was putting her pay day before our happiness.

We recently bought and then sold homes in this area and I am so incredibly grateful for the team at Keller Williams. The whole process of buying and selling can be overwhelming but these folks made the process almost easy. The amount of paperwork and red tape that goes into selling/buying a home is unbelievable. Lindsey McDonald was there every step of the way to explain what was needed as many times as needed. She never got frustrated when having to explain something several different ways to help us understand what we were looking at or needed to do. Lindsey had a way of helping us to look at a property and decide if it was something we wanted rather than giving us her opinion. She asked the right questions to help us realize what would work or not work for our family. It does not stop here, The Welcome Home team is about so much more than just listing or showing homes. They helped us find trustworthy people for the things that needed to be done before closing and the things we needed to do in the new house. Kaitlin Kennedy was always behind the scenes answering questions and helping when we needed something. The professionals at The Welcome Home Team are more like family. They have created a warm and welcoming environment, added in their expertise and knowledge, and provide top notch customer service. This is a relationship carefully cultivated and nurtured that continues after the sale of the home. When my elderly parents were selling a home out of state and things did not seem right, I was able to call the team to get advice about what should be happening and what I can do about it. I cannot say enough about this great group of people. Call them for all your real estate needs.

Then they will sit on your house for months, just hoping someone will want to go look at it, with no real sales skills. The house did have walk-throughs, but then they would never go sweep a floor or dust anything down. Even making you aware that the home was getting unappealing was too much for them. The yard had gotten out of control, and it wasn't until I had inquired about it that they suggested having the yard mowed and trimmed up. When I had asked how things were going, it was an excuse after excuse on how it's my problem, the house isn't selling. Right off the bat, too, they never listed the brand new features with the home, and never emphasized the selling point of the home. Their answer to everything was "keep dropping the price". this was so pathetic. I believe these people are a self-licking ice cream cone while your house is rotting out on the market.
