The Bear location is a clean, friendly atmosphere with a polite staff and a training staff that keeps you moving. New equipment keeps the facility fresh. Always something going on and this year the month of may has been dedicated to outdoor boot camps on Saturdays. 45 minute workouts, outdoors. Charlie and Joe are a great duo and for sure keep their classes joyful and energetic. I've attended many different times with a few people or a bunch and have gotten the best workouts no matter the size. I enjoy the group training type of session because even though there are other people the trainers are great at still giving one on one direction.
