I can't believe the treatment meted out to me. I have a very busy schedule, and the 5:45 am class worked for me. I loved everyone there and had a good rapport with all. The ownership changed and all was going great. However the demand of my schedule became so incumbent that I had to make a decision to leave. I talked to the lady on the front desk more than one month in advance even if the mandate was 15 days. She told me in explicit words that the I don't need to give such a long notice but my long standing relationship with the franchise promoted me to do it. I asked her the right procedure to get this resolved and escalated. She said she will get back to me. After a few days she told me that Cris the owner was informed and that she understands that I need to leave. I asked the lady of there was anything else needed and she said no. So I continued till the end of the month of May 2017 and said my goodbyes to all my friends and also told them how much I would miss them and what great time I had. After 3 months I get a shock of my life, I was consolidating my statements and noticed that there was a charge every month since. I was in disbelief hence contacted the owner, but she said she never got a written confirmation. Here I was thinking that this is an error and that it will be resolved easily. I gave her all details and yet she said it's written I the contract that a written confirmation is needed. The girls at the desk are only there to checkin and I was supposed to email the owner.
She said she can not refund me the monies charged for 2 months but give a credit.I specifically told her that my schedule has not changed and that the credit would not be beneficial but she said that I am lying ( in not so many words). Losing 90$ is not going to make me poor and for such a meager amount, I would not bat an eye, but lying is not my style and hence I write this review so I can realize that even in a country like ours, the fine print makes a difference and word has no value. I hope corporate Jazzercise sees my review and reaches out to take some action.
I am not writing out of frustration, just out of disbelief and would like to warn all of us to always follow the fine print and not believe any authorized representative since customer care is dead. read more
