They made suggestions about how to frame each piece to create beautiful art. We still display all the art that they framed. We recently asked them to frame large bathroom mirrors (118" x 36" and 84" x 36") to add a finishing touch to our recently renovated bathrooms. I'd seen kits sold online but I really wanted a professional to do the installation - especially given the size of the frames. (My mirror length requires a seam so I wanted an experienced installer.) I had a hard time finding a company that offered mirror frames and installation services. So I asked them if they'd frame the bathroom mirrors. When we went to their store, Donna helped us select frames and Rick confirmed that those frames could be cut for installation. (Traditional frames are about an inch thick and cover the glass, art and backing. We only needed the face of the frame to be placed on top of installed mirrors - we had to select frames that could be cut down without losing the design.) They helped us make good selections. They did such a great job that I hope they start advertising that they do this - there aren't many local companies that do this. And not only did they successfully do the work, it was drama-free! They were great! They are nice, helpful people Rick came to our house to measure the mirrors to make sure that the measurements were accurate. He returned once the frame pieces were ready and installed the frames. I knew it'd look nice but I didn't realize that the frames would make a HUGE difference in how the bathrooms look. Frames are not cheap. But I think it was worth it, when I consider that I look at the items they framed every day.

Upon entering, I was greeted with a warm welcome by Carmela. I showed her the three diplomas I needed framed, and together we selected the best options. She was so patient, she even held the samples together while I FaceTimed my son for his approval. She then gave me what I considered to be a very fair price for all three and said they'd be ready for pickup two days later. To my surprise, the very next day I received a phone call to say they were ready. I went to pick them up, and they were framed so beautifully. I could not have been happier with how I they turned out, and my family loved them too.
