Maids ala Mode are exceptional and just get better with each visit. The billing is all pre-set to a credit card which is very modern and easy. You are sent email reminders (maybe too many) and a copy of the invoice electronically. It is very handy and all of the staff radiate pleasantness and courtesy. My ladies are my "regulars", which is great since I am often home when they are here. They work well together and just bring a lot of positive energy through the door when they arrive. I forgot about the actual work! My standards are pretty high and I live in a large home with all sorts of nooks and crannies. It is always spotless, shining and smells probably a bit like Heaven when they leave. They clean things that frankly I overlook or just disregard, and my bathrooms are almost too clean to use. The kitchen is the same. I cook all of the time and the chances of my sink ever looking that clean on my watch is zero. Part of my household is a very ragged 22 y.o. cat. They clean up all of his fur and even work around him when he can't get up. How sweet is that? Except for too much e-mail (maybe 5 per visit) Maids ala Mode is a home run for me.

Therefore a re-clean is not an option..." How classic is this for a scammer...It's MY FAULT they won't be able to re-clean my home. Do NOT use this company, because all they want to do is take your money and run, and they will NOT warranty their work as they demonstrated above. I scheduled and paid for a deep clean of our new home before moving in -- while it was completely empty -- and they flat-out lied about doing the work. I received a text message saying their cleaners had arrived at the property, but when we got there (after traveling from out of state), the house was in filthy condition -- dusty floors, dirty bathrooms, grimy surfaces. They didn't lift a finger. It was exactly as the previous owners had left it. They charged us for a job they never even attempted to do, and now they've completely ghosted me. No calls, no texts, no emails. Just silence after taking our money. To say this was inconvenient would be an understatement. I'm 7.5 months pregnant, exhausted, and part of a military family trying to settle into a new home. We trusted this company to help during a vulnerable time -- instead, they took advantage of us and left us with an uncleaned house and zero accountability. I have photo evidence of the state of the home and the text message they sent claiming the job was done. This company is not just lazy -- they are deceitful. They knowingly scammed a pregnant woman and a military family, and clearly thought they could get away with it. If you're even considering using this company, don't.
