They were great at communicating, their estimations of the job were correct and priced fairly. They were professional, courageous and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend them. Three jobs well done on the same day. What a fantastic way to kick off my new year. I had been dragging my feet to fix things until I couldn't put it off any longer, and I'm so lucky that WaterWorks was able to show up on a holiday! I'm feeling very grateful. I'm planning to hire them to install a new claw foot bathtub.

I called EZ Plumbing based on their already positive reviews and I'm glad I did. Everyone from the office dispatcher to our plumber Todd was amazingly kind and helpful. They had a booked schedule already but still managed to squeeze us in due to the emergency nature of the job. Todd finished installing our brand new water heater before dinner time, tested it, made sure we were satisfied, all before departing. He was also very clean and sure that no mess was left behind from the installation. As far as pricing goes they are fair. He explained all the options to us and the price I was quoted was exactly what I paid-no surprises. I will 10/10 call them again for the next plumbing project and will be requesting Todd specifically.

Both gentlemen (I can't remember their names) were friendly, professional and efficient! After getting quotes from a handful of companies, as well as looking over reviews of all companies, I'm so glad we chose Ellison Plumbing! We will definitely recommend Ellison Plumbing every chance we get, and will absolutely use them again if we have other plumbing issues.
