She then let us know we couldn't do business there because she was the only one in the establishment and was doing hair in the salon part of the store. Not only did we hold up everyone's pictures, but he ended up very embarrassed. I called Norman's for 2 weeks before I finally got a phone call back. I was told I would receive a refund for the rental. Two days later, I got a refund of $20.00. When I called, I was told I was supposed to only get $10.00. NEVER again will we use Norman's or recommend them to anyone.
