DO NOT BOOK!! THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM!!! They don't even have a physical address. I suggest you do…read moreyour research first. Their Google reviews are nothing but FAKE!! Website looks real but they do that to attract potential victims! Glad I stumbled upon YELP reviews. My sister and I tried to book this business for my upcoming wedding, mind you I did not sign a contract yet but they want a full payment. They took my money $1,498.00 to be exact for a limousine I did not even agree to have. They sent a contract which I did not sign beforehand, l told them I'm gonna cancel because they were very rude which is a huge red flag but again typical for a scammer. They still end up getting my money and when my sister and I called them to ask them why they charged me they hung up on us and blocked us. THEY STOLE THE MONEY. I did not even consent or agree for them to do that. THAT IS PLAINLY ILLEGAL. They did not even sent receipts or anything I just found out when I opened my mobile bank app. I was so confused so I checked my email, I opened the contract they sent and it says "it was signed"!!! guess who?? by them!!! TOTAL BS! I was so furious I called the police and 911 for their scam. I'm glad I was able to talk to the bank right away to dispute the money they took from me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! report to FTC OR FBI WEBSITE. They will deal with these scammers!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you read the "NOT CURRENTLY RECOMMENDED" reivews for this company. Scroll past…read morethe shown reviews, just under where you click to the next page of reviews, to the little "not currently recommended" reviews line. Click that and read. We had a terrible, abusive, threatening experience with this company. They harassed me via email for asking if it was possible to reschedule - never intending to cancel if not. I was called stupid, told I better "shut my smart mouth." Then he called my husband at work to curse at him, demean me, and ultimately hang up on my husband, ending with "tell your stupid f---ing wife to stop emailing me." We canceled because we did not feel safe using their limo, but everything is non-refundable, so we are out the $1200. Excellent business model if all the negative reviews on you get hidden. My husband's review - along with many similar reviews have been forced into the "not recommended" section of Yelp reviews and hidden. Why should trust Yelp reviews after this.

Under no circumstances take a cab from the train station without checking Lyft and Uber prices, and…read moreconfirming they will take a credit card. I took a cab yesterday from the train station to Towson and the driver said $45, which seemed to high but I had no point of reference. At my destination I got my card out and he said it was cash only. I happened to to have cash because I was bringing cash to an elderly relative so I could use that, bit now I have to send her cash through the mail. To top it off I ordered Lyft the other way and it cost HALF! Moral of the story, don't get in a cab in Baltimore without checking Lyft and Uber and make sure they take cards. I had been prepared to give the cab driver a 20% tip too even on the ridiculous price but I gave zero tip when he said it had to be cash, and I also feel really great about that. I only wish I had thought to get the name of the cab driver. I work for a national company and I look forward to posting this info on our Baltimore bulletin board so everyone knows to avoid ztrip / cabs and can advise their clients against it too! And also everyone who travels there for business. I also go there about once a month and I will be getting a Lyft and ignoring the taxi stand from here on out. Even if they agree to match the rate and take cards they clearly have a predatory mindset and will find another way to cheat. I see they have 1.5 stars. Seems generously.

Terrible. Get the Uber app on your phone. I called for a cab an hour ago for elderly people and…read morethey never showed up. You can't talk to anybody there the only way you can talk to somebody is by making a fake reservation to get to a person. Communication is horrible. Avoid taking a cab at all costs.

We booked them for our wedding send off. We booked a black limo and the ride was from Big Canoe to…read morethe ATL hotel airport which was 1.5 hour trip about 75 miles. Our wedding send off was at 10 pm but before we walked up to the exit doors to walk through our guests, the venue coordinator and 2 others approached me and said that they saw our driver drinking. He claimed he only had 1 glass of red wine over the course of an hour. Was he fine to drive? Probably. Should you drink on the clock when driving for a limo service? No. Anyways we start the drive and the hood of the limo starts going up in smoke. We pull over the side of 575S and raise the hood. He said it was a brand new radiator and it had no coolant in it. He poured some water in there and we made it to a gas station for coolant. I ended up paying for the coolant and we are back on the road again until it breaks down again on 75S. This time the entire electrical went out inside the limo. The radiator was empty again so the driver thought there was a hose leak. So he waits a bit and tries again and we make it to Barret Parkway off 75S where we have to pull over for good at a gas station and have another driver of the same company come pick us up and take us to airport hotel. All in all our 1.5 hour trip ended up being 3 hours as we arrived at our airport hotel at 1am. During the stops and breakdowns, we rolled with the punches and handled it well despite being our wedding night. Didn't raise any voice or ask for refunds right there, I assumed we would have a refund conversation later given the limo broke down 3 times on our wedding night. The total trip cost me about $400 and Antonio(boss not driver) offered to refund me $100. I told him that did not seem fair given the circumstances of a preventable situation. He said ok here's $125 that's the best they could do. So I sat on this review for a few weeks until I could collect my thoughts and deem what I thought was fair. I really didn't want to write this review but the way the refund process went forced my hand. I am sure they have provided quality service to others in the past but that was not my experience.

Limo shows up at the wedding drives us about an hour to the reception...charges us $450 (that does not include the $150 deposit) then the manager cursed at my wife when we called them about it. Either way, by using this company I got royaly screwed, and I suggest you NOT use this company EVER!!!
