I had to go into academy with a uniform opposite to my classmates and was heavily reprimanded as a result to the poor embroidery. When I asked for any potential resolution or potential refund/credit, they dismissed my complaints and said "the academy director is wrong." While getting guidance from my supervisor and academy director on the required SLEO set that every cadet had besides me. The uniforms are unworn and I had to purchase another uniform with United Uniform who was kind enough to follow up with my superiors to discuss my issue and the solution they had to provide me a uniform to fully attend without being at risk for being dismissed. Unfortunately the manager does not wish to take any accountability and instead has chose to vocalize her issue with my situation through online review rather than contacting my superiors who would be glad to inform the store of the specific requirements. I was really hopeful for their candor and attention to detail however the manager clearly did not wish to help.

This tends to be more expensive for these kind but I prefer comfort than being cheaper especially when I have to wear scrubs for 12 hr shifts. On Saturday, January 9th, 2021, I had the most unpleasant experience at your store on Route 22, Union, NJ. While in line r to purchase a $200 pair of Chippewa Boots. When I got to, I asked the cashier "can I use your bathroom" her response of "we don't have a public bathroom" took me by surprise. They were willing to accept my "public" money of $200 however they would not allow me to pee in their toilet. I was inside the store for about a half hour fitting several different boots before I made my final decision. 2. I stated because I cannot use your bathroom I will not buy the boots, I returned them to the shelf and left the store. Since I knew the brand, size and color I wanted, I went home and ordered them from midwestboots.com, the cost was $5.05 less than Work n' Gear. 3. I am a 35 year member of Sheet Metal Workers Local Union No. 25, I have purchased at least one pair of boots from this store every year for the past 20 years. I have been a repeat customer at this location for my business. I just dropped off an order of…read morehats, coats, and sweatshirts to be embroidered. I have had these same items embroidered in the past without issues. This time around they placed the logo and name on different sides of the various items. They never said that they would have to do this, and there was no communication from them what so ever. When I noticed that they misplaced the logo and name on my coats and brought them back to the store, the gentleman behind the counter who took my order said he had no notes on the order regarding placement, and that he could offer a refund for these misprints but had to go get his manager George. When George came, he stated that this is why he does not want to let people bring their own items in to be embroidered, because they are too picky. I am not being picky, i just expected uniformity. This was not an issue on previous orders, but now it was. George did not offer anything to resolve this for me. Being a repeat customer, and having just ordered 500 dollars of embroidery, I would have been happy with them simply crediting me for the items that were mis-embroidered, like the one gentleman offered to do. I was going to be ordering dozens of t-shirts from them for the warmer months, but i will no longer being using them. They were rude and acted like i created the problem, when they simply messed up. Everyone messes things up sometimes, but when you do you have to be accountable for it, and most businesses try to keep their clients happy. They do not communicate at all, and never even let you know when your order is ready for pickup, but they have no problem blasting your email with junk. I would not recommend them to anyone, especially a smaller company or individual. They do not care about their clients. If you are somebody that is looking for printing, marketing, or embroidery services, look elsewhere. You will be much happier, and you will get what you actually pay for. Zero stars.

We weren't sure if the article could take the heat of the iron so I left him one of the items for a test run that was successful. We also had to rework my logo so it could fit and George offered great ideas and modified the logo so it would fit on the items and look it's best. This time was a completely different story. They ignored my initial outreach and when I did finally get through to a person the ordeal was just beginning. Confusion (on both ends) about what parts were needed, getting those parts ordered, shipped and delivered -- what a nightmare. To top it off, they're using some third-rate shipping company whose package tracking site is a sad joke and whose trucks are apparently powered by turtles. IF the last parcel arrives on schedule it will be one month from the day the order was placed. Additional information: I've added a star to my review because the parts arrived two days ahead of schedule, so ignore my remark about turtle powered trucks. I have also had to communicate with the account rep at Tiger Medical for some direction on lift installation and was very impressed with the prompt and professional response I received.

Then, after finally getting the replacement shipment sent out, it took another two weeks to arrive--only for the tables to show up damaged and broken. I have photos documenting the condition they arrived in, so there's no excuse. To make matters worse, they said they would send replacement tables, but now those are just sitting with a freight company, going nowhere. At this point, it has been well over a month, and I still don't have two usable exam tables. For a company that supplies medical equipment, this level of incompetence, delay, and lack of quality control is completely unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly recommend ordering from literally anywhere else. Dealing with Christian Robles is a nightmare!!!
