The collard greens had just the right amount of vinegar (I like my greens tangy) and the mac and cheese was creamy and awesome. The brisket had the right amount of fat and lean and was so very tasty. Hubby got the two meat combo plate with St. Louis ribs and chicken, mac and cheese, cole slaw. I got the St. Louis ribs, mac and cheese, and collard greens for my mom. We also got a large potato salad and large collard greens to share. The food portion sizes were great. The taste was great. I highly recommend this place if you want awesome BBQ.

The meat wasn't over seasoned, and was full of smoky goodness. And it was extremely tender, but not falling apart. Even if you didn't have teeth, you would still have enjoyed it. And the sandwich was packed full of brisket. The cornbread was crumbly and light, with a little kick from the jalapenos. I really enjoyed the experience, the staff, and the food.
