The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is their truck broke down on the job before them, so they had to scramble and rent a UHaul, making them an hour late. The one hour late really caused no major issues but they could only get a 10' truck (!) on short notice -- their truck that broke down is a 16', I was told. Now these guys are really good packers, but this meant a few boxes and misc. were left behind. This meant me making a couple of trips 30 minute one way to pack my Nissan Sentra. Assuming their truck does not have ongoing issues, I recommend them highly, but suggest you ask ahead of time if the truck is in good shape for the job. No extra fees, just a straight hourly fee and we were definitely in agreement on the total time they worked (and drove), which in my case was 4 hours.
