I was traveling and decided to go get my nails done. The gentlemen that done my nails was absolutely terrible, I felt like a burden the entire time I was setting at his station. Then I went over for a pedicure, and this is when i knew I should have left instead of having it done. I didn't even get a full pedicure experience but, I was charged full price. He was mad and aggravated with what appeared to be his wife. The water was about to run over in the floor, he was jerking towels out from under my feet, he continued to get up and say I will be back, he scrubbed half of my feet, and to beat it all the last time he got up he walked away and was arguing with his partner and walked out. She came in and apologized multiple times for my services. My nails are crooked and bump. I am never one that will complain but I was almost in tears from the way he acted the entire time I was there and being what I felt was the star of attention for his actions. I did receive a $10 discount but I was charged $100 for something I am going to have to go somewhere else to have redone. read more

I had the worst experience with Kim's Nails II! They were rude, pushy, argumentative, and not the least bit helpful. They didn't even talk to me, but just kept talking amongst themselves! They kept trying to get me to do something other than what I wanted. I went in with a picture from their own website and they told me they weren't sure if they could do it. Well, if you can't do it, don't put it on your website !! My pedicure was not the least bit relaxing and my nails look horrible. I should have refused to pay them!! I will never go back and I will tell my family and friends how unprofessional, rude, and incompetent they are!! This is the worst money I have ever spent on nails...and it wasn't cheap. US Nails is where I normally go and I will go to them when my nails need redone. Kim's Nails need to take a page from US Nails book on how to treat their customers!! read more

Terrible BEWARE , had to wait then one guy was switching between myself and my sister. Then he decides to tell me he wants to do my nails linger when I don't want them that long. So what's he do cuts them short short and tells me he isn't good at the almond shape so someone else can finish. I said no thank you and left. Didn't even apologize or nothing. Terrible!!!!!!!! I am from Ashland, KY, and I have been to almost every single nail salon in Ashland and this one is one is definitely in my top 3. It is a smaller shop and I usually have to wait just a little longer than some bigger shops but their quality is worth it. When I visited I fill in gel nails. I do wish they had more color variety in the gel polish. But they seem to make an effort to stay up to date with what is trending in the nail design community and I loved that they even offered 3D nail art which I have not seen around in ashland. I can not speak for their pedicures because i have only gotten my nails done here. The nail tech i had was very picky with his work and made sure every nail was perfect which is exactly what i want in my nail tech. If you are in the Ashland area I definitely recommend checking them out. read more

My nails look fabulous as always!!!! They had their hands full with a girl that didn't know how they cut and trim nails to give it the almond shape. Glad they don't get people that act like that often. They are great peeps that do awesome nails! read more

I have used them for a while and I'm usually very pleased with their work. Today however I went in to get my nails done they had new employees the guy who did mine did a awful job! My nails look like blocks they are not even formed like a nail they look blocky and the acrylic is so thick it looks like a bubble on my nail it's really bad. He didn't even file the ends of my nails they are all uneven. I'm going tomorrow to see if I can find another salon to repair their work. I'm really disappointed with this visit and nail tech. read more
